  Great product - we ordered two sets of wall art. Both were easy to install, easy to remove (a little damage from removal but we were in a hurry and not careful), and both looked great. The directions are easy, and the wall art can be modified according to wall height/length.

  I’ve purchased a couple of other Simpleshapes wall decals and had a great experience. I purchased the Birch Tree with Bird and Deer Wall decal and unfortunately cannot make the same endorsement. The wall decal doesn’t stick to the wall ( we have just a normal paint and non textured walls). Part of the problem is that this particular decal seems way more adherent to the backing than previous decals we’ve gotten. I reached out to customer service and asked for a refund. Was declined. They sent a replacement for the two birch tree that got ruined with my first attempt. They came in the mail and same issue. I’ve tried using a hair dryer to loosen the decal from the backing without success. Once I finally got the decal on the wall I tried smoothing it out with the supplied squeegee as well as using my hand but again without success. It’s a shame because the first two decals i purchased years ago looked excellent and were easy to supply. This latest experience has been enough that I doubt I’ll return as a customer in the future.

  Well packaged. Beautiful. Bought two sets a few weeks a part and the second set did have a lighter saturation than the other (similar to variety in color when getting real tiles) so just alternated stairs with one from each set. Turned out very nice.

  This paper is the best! Unlike the usual vinyl peel and stick that feels like contact paper, this has a fabric structure to it. The print is beautiful and the pattern matches panel to panel perfectly. It’s 100% worth the price.

  Very easy to use and follow directions. I am renovating a sun room into an office/guest room. We are about half finished. I am going to order another roll for the opposite side wall. I love the look and it goes with the yellows and blues I have in the room.

  My husband and I bought this for our baby girl! This is our first baby so I want everything to be beautiful for her; moreover, her nursery is the very first room on the left when entering our house, so everyone that comes to visit will see it. Im happy it is because I LOVE this wallpaper! It is exactly what I was looking for..its even more beautiful in person!! I love the ease of the prices being numbered! So wonderful!   I ordered several wall sticker samples so that I can make a decision on which product to purchase for my daughter’s room. I also wanted to make sure they would stick to our textured walls, which they do! I was surprised at the high shipping cost though. It would be nice if the company can find an affordable option.

  Buying and shipping experience was great. They don't work on weekends though so there was a delay with shipping. But once sent it arrived quickly.   This wall covering was simple to hang. The numbered panels made it a 3 hour install. The finished walls are in my master bath, which we did a complete reno. I absolutely love it!! Yes, it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for.

  This is by far the worst wallpaper I have ever bought. Customer service did not provide any solution and refused to give me a refund even after I emailed them photos of the damaged wallpaper I received. I DO NOT recommend this company or products!

  Customer service was excellent. I made an error ordering my samples and they sent me the one I really wanted without additional charge. The one downside is not their fault: delivery time is exasperatingly long. USPS is unable to deliver mail in a timely manner. A different service should be used.

  Purchased a large rainbow for my son's room, and it really is perfect. Purchased without reading into much info, then realized we have textured walls (raised but flat).. but there was no issue with the adherence of the stickers! So happy with the product!! Just warms up the room :) Will definitely be purchasing more as I go on to decorate each room!!

  I ordered wallpaper from simpleshapes.com. My order took several days to ship, and when it finally arrived the color was not what I expected. I am trying to get an RMA so that I can return the wallpaper -still in its packaging and unopened- for a store credit, and it should be an easy process, but it's been unnecessarily difficult in my opinion.

  I had two products in my order. I only received one. I phoned simple shapes to clear up the issue and had to leave a voicemail. My voicemail explicitly indicated that both items were not received and questioned if the tracking number applied to both orders as only one was received. 3-business days later I received an email indicating the post office delivered it and I should contact the post office. The email did not address the 2 different items nor the tracking number. They told me it was a large triangle box. The post office has since confirmed the tracking number was for an envelope, which I did receive. I am waiting for simple shapes to address it.
