  I bought the Family Tree Decals w/2 colors. After I got the tree up and started working on the leaves I noticed that one of the branches was missing a piece. I emailed simple shapes and the next morning I received an email that they sent out a new piece. This tree is beautiful and I'm very impressed with their customer service! I would definitely buy from them again.

  I contacted Simple Shapes before making my purchase with a couple of questions. The team was very helpful and responsive ( I believe I spoke with a man named Jeffrey). He was able to answer all my questions and made me feel confident in making the purchase. The wallpaper has been up in my daughter's room for about 5 months now and looks beautiful- no complaints!

  Nice service and good product. There was only a mismatch between 2 letters on the decals sheets and the plan, but easy to see so there was no problem with it. I recommend it.

  Customer service was incredible during the process of inquiring about the product. Shipping to Canada arrived extremely fast and the mural was exactly...even better than I hoped! It was more challenging to hang than I anticipated as it would seem like it was straight and lined up with the previous panel for 1/3 of the way down, and then it wouldn't line up. Took several times removing and trying again. The problem was that the wall and the ceiling weren't perfectly level. I'm inlove with the finished product though and would definitely order again! Took about 2+ hours for 2 of us to install.

  I am so happy with my wall decals and pretty much everyone that visits our house makes a nice compliment! Simple Shapes was excellent when I had some concerns about shipping, they made it so I saved money and had a great experience. Delivery was pretty quick as I’m in Canada, and application was easy. So happy I found these guys!

  Very accurate information and color on website. I ordered samples and they arrived in 3 days. Saw how nice the quality, texture and shading of the flowers were. Ordered... Delivery was excellent. I cut around the flowers laid them out on the floor in the pattern I wanted on the wall. Easy ! They give the wall a professional beautiful chic finish.
