  Mark Sweeney was absolutely amazing from day one! Very knowledgeable and helpful. He kept me updated and informed on my loan process just about daily.   Tim and his team were amazing! I refinanced during a crazy time and was never rushed through any part of the process. All of my questions were answered and I even had Tim’s personal number for help when needed. My refinance took a little over 2 weeks, I have friends who started before me and are still in the process. I have used Reliant since my original closing on my house. I highly recommend Reliant and will continue to work with them through the years to come. There are no “stupid” questions when working with them, and I asked many of them!!!

  I reached out to Carmelo, to inquire about owning a home and what the process is like. That was one phone call, I had jaw surgery so I called 2 months later once I was able to talk again. Carmelo did a fantastic job with helping my wife and I get through the whole process. He is very friendly, understanding, and on top of things. Home buying process is a very long process, however Carmelo kept on encouraging me to push through and we will get the house. Carmelo was right we got a beautiful house and I appreciate everything he did the time and effort he put in!

  We recently refinanced our mortgage. We wanted a good rate, we got a great rate! Nicholas Pothos was our loan officer and took excellent care of communicating with us and he said we would not need another appraisal, we had one done in October, a man of his word! That alone saved us $550.00 We closed in about 4 weeks, the whole process was painless. Thank you for helping us get what we wanted!

  Daniel and the rest of the reliant home funding team were a dream to work with! They helped us and answered questions every step of the way.   When my husband and I started this process to purchase a home, we felt very overwhelmed and not sure where to even start. Not only that, we were also concerned that we weren’t going to be able to get a loan through the banks. We came across reliant home funding because we received a letter in the mail. At first we were skeptical but I was told to call and see what they could offer. Thank God we made the call. Thanks to Brian Linden and Chris Schiano we were able to finally purchase our dream home. They made the process so easy from the start, they kept us updated and answered any question we had. They even answered our phone calls after hours just to keep our minds at ease. The home buying process is not an easy one, full of anxiety at least for me and there was a point we thought we may have lost our loan and one thing they said to us that I will never forget was “We will go to battle for you on this.” They were very knowledgeable regarding all the criteria and the whole process.   I received an excellent customer service, even though my credit score was not that great,Carmelo was able to help me get a home. I did not have to worry about any document the bank was asking for because Carmelo was able to tell me exactly what is needed from me in a layman language.He worked extremely hard on my case to get me to the finish line.   Nicholas, Tim and Patrick were all part of my team. They did what it took to get me into a house. Nick was very responsive, no matter what time it was, he was there within minutes. If he didn't know the answer, he found out for you right away. There was no lying or pulling wool over the eyes, they were up front and honest about every thing and we knew what to expect before each step took place. All in all, it was a great experience and when things got a little touchy (by way of the sellers team) Nick took my vent sessions like a champ and stuck with us till the end.   I just closed on my house using Reliant Home Funding, Inc. It was awesome working Nick Walia and Chris, the efficiency with which they operate is mind blowing. Nick was always in constant communication with me, explaining and making sure that I understand every step of the mortgage process.   Mark Sweeney was absolutely amazing! form pre approval to closing he was right there when ever I needed him. He simplified the process as much as possible, All with in tight time frames.   I can't put into words how thankful we are for Reliant Home Funding. Brian Linden from reliant was extremely helpful from the first phone call I made to him. ( there were many phone calls of stress trying to get us into our home) We were shut down by many companies and when I spoke to Brian he said okay we are going to make it happen. He was very responsive taking my calls and was with us every step of the way until closing date. I HIGHLY recommend working with Brian and in the future if we purchase another property he will be our first phone call!
