  Our experience with RHF was A1! Mark Sweeney was our LO and he is the best there is, hands down! We closed on time (even had the option to close early) and he walked us through each step to get us there. There were times when I thought everything was going to fall apart but I put full trust in Mark and he DELIVERED! Thank you so much for everything!

  I had the best experience I could have possibly had with Michael Richter and his team at Reliant Home Funding. Michael was great helping me with the loan. As a first time home buyer I had many silly questions which he patiently addressed all the time.He understood the urgency in getting the paperwork done on time when it was time to close the deal.Apart from one of lowest rates in the market they also have a really good customer service. I have no second thoughts in recommending Reliant Home Funding as a lender.

  Daniel Lynch and Catherine Woo were absolutely amazing. Not only did Daniel make this process smoothe and easy he is very personable. He understood me! He was flexible, always availble and never left me hanging. Even if he couldnt be in the office he made sure my matters were attended to, and that I got follow ups. He worked hard and fast and went over and above. He broke every record Ive heard of in closing a house with poise and humility. I never felt rushed or pressured.   We just worked with Mark Sweeney. I’m a real estate agent and deal with mortgage brokers all the time. Mark was a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with.   This company is amazing and I can’t say enough good things about Reliant Home Funding, particularly Michael Richter! From day one, Mike was available to answer all questions from me and my husband and to help us through the process as first time home buyers. In fact, we filled out the application online on a Sunday, and he reached out that evening to get us started and by the next afternoon we had our preapproval. That’s when we knew we would be sticking with him. Buying a home, especially for the first time, can be a stressful and confusing ordeal, but Mike made it easy for us. He’s responsive, extremely knowledgeable and made himself available to us 7 days a week to answer all our questions. If we ever purchase another home we will absolutely be using Reliant Home Funding and calling Mike and I’ll be recommending him to everyone I know who’s looking to finance a home.   Mr. Camelo Schembri is a hard working person that takes his job seriously to heart. He is a sincere, inspirational, devoted worker who takes his job seriously. No matter how frustrated I was during the processing, he always knows how to explain to be in a humble manner why each required document is needed. I have already recommended a friend of mine that wanted to buy a Multi-Family Home in the Bronx to Mr. Schembri, and another woman in my church is also ready to approach him for a mortgage. Mr. Schembri is well experienced and very professional he knows the proper way to approach the client. The person that I introduced to him is very happy as well with the way that he talks to him nicely, and the way that he explain all the document he needed to him.   There are no words to express how amazing Mark Sweeney is! He was with me all through my journey, he never left my side even though I had a very rough start. Started my home buying journey last March of 2018 with a not so good credit, unlike any other loan agents who turned me down or didn’t show interest in me, Mark stayed and helped me get pre-approved. I have a very low self-confidence and always been so paranoid, but Mark lifted my spirit and made me feel that everything’s going to be alright. Around July of last year when I got a new job, I’ve decided to hold off with our house hunting and told Mark about it. He was very understanding and happy for me as well. The most touching part was Mark kept on checking on me even though he knows we’re going to start looking again in Feb of 2019. He kept in touch with me, I would get a text from him during the holidays and even on regular days. Finally, February came, and we started the process again. By this time, it felt like we’re family, he made me feel so confident, always been so positive and the fact that he’s proud of how far we’ve come through my journey. I cannot tell you how smooth and easy he made the process for me and my husband. He made everything so fast and easy, he’s always available and ready to answer all your questions. Mark and Cindy have the best team, not only they go above and beyond their job, but they also care for their clients. Today, we closed on our first home and I couldn’t thank Mark enough for being there with me all through out. I highly recommend Mark 100 times.

  Started out with a flyer that I received in the mail and quickly realized that Reliant Home Funding was going to be my choice for my new house purchase.   I thought I couldn't purchase a home. Along came Carmelo whom have changed my thought process entirely. Today I am a proud home owner. I am a single mother of four girls, if I can do it anyone can. Once you have a positive mind set you can accomplished anything.   I called Michael Richter after our previous broker couldn't get us to closing for various reasons. Michael Richter was intelligent, calm and reassuring. He explained the reasons that prevented us from being homeowners with our previous broker would not be an issue with Reliant. He was right. Michael Richter got us to closing in less than two weeks! Michael made an inherently anxiety producing process calm and smooth. Michael Richter even drove two hours to be present at our closing- seeing him there gave us peace of mind. I can say with absolute certainty that had it not been for Michael Richter we would not be home owners today. Whatever issue presented itself Michael had a plan and dealt with it quickly. With Michael you will know that you have someone in your corner fighting for you. He truly works for you. Talking and working with Michael was the best thing we did. If you are looking to buy a home work with Michael Richter- the minute you speak to him on the phone you will know you made the right call. it is hard to put in words our gratitude to Michael Richter.

  We had the most pleasant experience with Reliant Home funding all because of Michael Ritcher, our loan originator who was terrific. He was knowledgeable, supportive, understanding and most importantly showed that he cared about you getting your home. He was always pleasant and had a lot of patience while dealing with a difficult loan. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking to have a good experience while shopping for a loan and making such a big commitment as a 30 year Morgage. If I could rate him I will give him 10 stars!

  John Audia was a pleasure to work with , truly. In the midst of all the phone calls you get when you try to refinance , I called John and it was the best decision we made when refinancing. The process was so much more manageable and transparent when he and his team took over our mortgage problems, and we had many. We just closed and it’s all thanks to him !!

  After recently being told by another lender that I should file for bankruptcy and essentially never apply for a mortgage again, I received an advertisement in the mail from Michael Richter at Reliant Home Funding saying I was pre-qualified for a mortgage. I thought to myself "this must be BS" but I decided to give him a call anyway - after all, I felt I had nothing to lose since I was just told by someone else to file for bankruptcy. Michael Richter took my call and immediately took charge. He began an in-depth process learning about my credit/financial status, quickly devised a plan, and then helped/guided me through every single step of the process. He treated me like an actual person, not a faceless applicant, and really took the time to care about and understand my situation. Because of his extreme compassion, dedication, and unwavering guidance, I am proud to announce that I made settlement on my first home on 3/29/2019!!! Michael really went above and beyond to help me increase my credit almost 100 points in order to qualify for an FHA with 3.5% down. He even would call me on his off hours to make sure certain deadlines weren't missed or to answer any urgent questions I had. What other person or financial institution is going to do that for you??? I seriously cannot say enough good things about Mr. Richter and how UNBELIEVANLY EXCEPTIONAL of a person he is. I already told him this, but let me tell you all: I am 110% sure that if I never found Michael, I would NOT be a homeowner today! I'm one of those people who thought it would never be possible for me, but I feel incredibly lucky and grateful for all Michael's help.

  Mark Sweeney and Cynthia Thomas are the most patient people I have ever met. They were patient with me when I was totally scared and a mess.
