  Shipping options are confusing. Shows UPS on the left, and UPS/Fedex/USPS on the right of order form, all on the same radio button. If UPS is closest to the radio button on the left which I checked, I would expect UPS to be the carrier. It wasn't, it was USPS.

  The reason for just a 4 star is that it took a little longer than usual to receive the ballast. But, the reason probably was due to the busy season and the weather. Other than that, everything was great. They had the product and ordering was easy.

  Great pricing fast shipping, what else could ask for. Universal voltage ballast that can be used with a wide variety of UV bulbs. Note you must use a UV ballast with a UV bulb, use a standard florescent ballast with a UV bulb and you will be burning out a lot of bulbs, if you are building a UV project from the ground up deal with these people they are one of the few that stock the proper ballasts for UV bulbs. Considering their fair pricing they are a rare find nowadays. Wayne E
