  Great service. I ordered this exact part from a different manufacture and the item was back-ordered because they had to test it. I cancelled the part and found bulbsdepot.com. Not only was the product less expensive, but it came with an ignitor and capacitor. It was here in 4 days. I was waiting for the product from the other company for 3 weeks (Gordon Electric). I highly recommend this site.

  Awesome customer service, we had delivery/carrier issues in the beginning and Scott was able to get everything all squared away for us on our account so that it's all smooth sailing from now on, he was super friendly and was able to customize our profile/shipping info so everything is perfect now.   I ordered a couple of Philips T-8 LED bulbs from BulbsDepot.com specifically because they were specified as plug-and-play for replacing standard fluorescent bulbs. When I received the order the packing slip indicated that a substitution to the latest version of the bulbs that I had ordered were being supplied. The substituted bulbs are not specified as plug-and-play, but I tried them anyway and they did not work in my fixture. I contacted BulbsDepot and they said to check Philips for ballast compatibility. I bypassed the ballast in my fixture (what I was trying to avoid by purchasing plug-and-ply in the first place) and they still didn't work. I requested an RMA, sent the bulbs back to BulbsDepot, and am still after two months waiting for a credit. Numerous emails and phone calls have not been returned.

  I placed and my order and received my item in about a week. In the email confirmation it mentioned that I was going to get a email about the shipping as well with tracking. I didn’t receive that option for some reason but still received my item. It works perfect. I have no complains for the item or performance, just that I didn’t receive tracking information or the email that the item was shipped. But overall everything was great!
