  Bulbsdepot.com had the light I needed in stock. But since the specific style was discontinued by the manufacturer, and they had a limited quantity, they recommended a substitute suggested by the manufacturer. I went ahead and got the “new” version. They kept in touch after the order was placed to let me know of a small delivery delay. I appreciate the proactiveness and would recommend them to others.

  The device came without a package, with some rust, scratches, one of the plastic covers was off but in the envelope, the white plastic piece was discolored as if has been in the sun. The device did not appear new. I questioned bulbdepot and they said it does not have a package and was in a bulk box sent by the manuf. all in all the device worked, just seemed like it was used to me.

  Bulbsdepot.com staff contacted me by email to find out if I wanted the Circline bulbs to ship before the ballasts which were on a May 1, 2024, back order. I appreciate that they contacted me first; as I did want all of the order to ship at the same time. Very pleased that the order all came a month early! Bulbsdepot.com was very dependable when I ordered from them several years ago and have confidence in them & their products.   Nice bulk purchase of compact fluorescent bulbs. They will be discontinued soon. Will be buying LED replacements on next purchase of these bulbs, hopefully with better than current pricing on those bulbs.

  8 of the 10 led drivers received were damaged. the box was badly split open and the drivers were falling out. no bubble wrap was used. the product was placed inside with no packaging materials to prevent it from getting damaged.

  The order was shipped incorrectly with 2 of 3 bulbs being the incorrect wattage. Upon return of the incorrect bulbs it took several weeks to get a refund. The entire order could be a fluke or non-typical with this company and there could be explanations how the order got filled incorrectly to start with. If I had received the correct items, I am sure I would have given them a 5 star review.

  I had to do extensive research to find an LED solution to replace florescent bulbs using an older T12 type ballast. If found that Phillips makes a bulb that will work and more research and found bulbsdepotcom that not only had the bulbs, but at a decent price and decent shipping fee! They work great and were shipped to me quickly!

  I was able to find the correct ballast for my fixtures that was unique because they were for 9" round tubes. I was able to verify the sizes and correct wattages prior to ordering without any additional assistance. They came in the mail today and were not damaged and worked as expected. I would use bulbsdepot.com again in the future based upon this experience.

  Product/ballast arrived damaged ( bent on all four corners where ballast attaches to light fixture making it unuseable) due to inadequate packaging to protect it from shipping damages. Vendor refused to send a replacement ballast even with photos of the bent corners and the inadequate packaging. Vendor refused to send a replacement ballast and claimed sending another ballast could result in similiar damages due to shipping weight and distance. Vendor refuses to take responsibility for the inadequate packaging and remedy/correct my situation and to correct their poor shipping packaging practices. Vendor suggested I unbend the fourcorners and use the ballast. I have concerns of the internal damage to the ballast that may cause it to be a fire haard. Seems like unethical, improper & poor business practices by Vendor. Never had such a poor customer service experience with an online vendor. However, they are excellent in their shipping speed. I received the product in two days, which is commendable.

  I have now placed six or seven orders with Bulbsdepot and each one has gone very smoothly. They offer a large selection of bulbs, including very specific configurations - beam spread, CRI, luminosity, etc. - of the Philips LEDs that are my current favorites for incandescent replacement. I have not found another single source that offers such a wide selection, and especially for such reasonable prices. I'll continue to use Bulbsdepot for my lighting needs in the future.
