  Wilsons Electronics, where the pro's shop I was told 20 years ago, word of mouth.   Product AND service First time shopper at Wilsons Electronics. I came here because of the reputation for genuine action cameras and what came is exactly what I ordered. This is unlike what you often get at a larger online retailer. Second, the service was second to none compared with that other behemoth online retailer. While I had to pay my own postage to return some midordered items, I was credited quickly and replacements of the correct camera type came within a day of my ordering. It is just outstanding service that such rapid shipping is included with my order. Finally, the product was exactly what I needed for my hobby.

  My one true complaint is that in ordering from Wilsons Electronics, this was the longest period of I have ever had to wait for delivery of a domestic order, and considering the fact that I live one state away, this aspect truly tested my patience. It has really made me think twice about the possibility of ordering from Wilsons Electronics again.

  Very fast delivery, above my expectations. Phoned up to order my Canon RF 35mm f/1.8 lens and spoke to a very friendly lady. This was at 4pm and my lens was delivered by 10am the next day, paired the lens with my Canon RP and it's been really great. Autofocus is consistently fast, photos are really sharp, colors excellent.   I did extensive research looking for a new DSLR camera as my old one finally started to fail and I couldn't get the parts to fix it.   Ordering the Nikon - D7500 camera from Wilsons Electronics was a great experience. The availability of top-notch accessories made my shopping experience truly one-stop, and I couldn't be happier with my ⁦Benro MeFOTO tripod! I took it out on a night hike to do some astrophotography and it stayed steady even with my frequent adjustments during my session.   Great prices and service generally. I would have liked unlimited communication though. The item I ordered took around 15 days to arrive due to Canon supply issues, and I had to call and message Jack at Wilsons Electronics several times to get any idea what was going on. Ideally they would have been proactive.
