  Absolutely what we needed living with 2 Maine Coon cats. We have hard wood floors so all the dust and hair shows and need vacuuming at least twice a week with a regular vacuum. I don't have the time to do that and I tend to not invite company over because my floors were not clean. So, my Neato has been a time saver!

  Pretty good. They have a lot to offer! It would be nice to get tracking information automatically so people know when bots will show up. Custom service was good and responsive. I did have to call a couple of times to remind them. But I always got a response and friendly service

  The people I spoke with were very polite and helpful in trying to resolve a shipping issue. The only real negative, which may have been an error, was that my debit card was charged before the order had shipped. Assuming that was an error, then the service was good.

  I liked the selection of items offered. My online purchase was easy. My review would have been five stars if shipping was more efficient. With standard shipping it takes 4-5 days before they ship and then a few more days to receive.
