  PERFECT experience from the ordering process to arrival. My custom frameless, beveled mirror was soundly crated and arrived within 2 weeks. The WallDecor representative suggested a Z-bar to hang the mirror and I’m so glad she did. I will try no other place for quality, unique designs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

  I called with a question, and the woman with whom I spoke was so helpful! She gave a recommendation between two mirrors we were considering for our remodel, and they are perfect! The mirrors arrived in a timely manor and were packaged perfectly on a pallet. The pricing was excellent, to boot! Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

  They did excellent work in the build of the custom mirror we ordered. They also replied quickly to questions, and the pack job for shipping was unbelievable. The mirror was shipped in a wooden box that was perfectly packed with stiff styrofoam to ensure no breakage. And the price, especially considering the shipping was very reasonable.

  I ordered two mirrors, and they quickly arrived very well-packaged in a sturdy crate. Unfortunately, one mirror appeared to have a slight manufacturing defect. Larry at walldecorsuperstore.com quickly had it remade, and it arrived it great condition. Rather than shipping the defective one back, he proposed I donate it to a worthy cause here locally. (Wonderful!) The products and customer service are FANTASTIC and I would absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!

  Love our new bathroom mirror. The quality is great, and the packaging was outstanding to keep in safe in transit. The frame finish is exactly as described and looks perfect.   The mirrors I purchased were made perfectly and look even better than I expected. The container they make to ship them in is excellent and very, very sturdy. FedEx managed to drop it on one end, however, and one of the three unfortunately broke. Wall Decors Superstore took care of that issue with FedEx immediately and my replacement will be on its way without delay. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. They are great!

  The wall boards we ordered came in a crate that kept them safe for transport. The boards are a great addition to our War Room for Continuous Improvement & Lean projects. The only issue we had was the date to get the boards to our facility did not meet the date given when the order was placed. Our delivery was about a week late, and I believe this was due to the backlog caused in many industries due to Covid19.
