I quite pleased with the ordering process and results process….. I’m am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the email response. Twice since using Walk-in labs I have emailed them according to the website on where to email if you have a question or concern. Both times I have never received a response. Why have a place to email a question if they aren’t going to answer it or respond? Very disappointing

I did not get any response. This is the second time I have entered a question using that format, and never received an answer. My first question a while back was, is there a place where my previous lab reports are archived. I used to be able to access every and all lab work that I had gotten through your site. Now you can only access the last three. My second question was I purchased some lab work on June 30, 2023 and I noticed on the lab order that there is no expiration date. My previous lab orders used to have an expiration date on them. my question is, when does this lab order that I just recently purchased expire, or do they not expire anymore? I’m hoping I get a response to my questions now that I have your attention…. Thank you kindly

This will be located under your confidential lab record page in your online account. The format of the lab orders has changed over the last 6 months, however they still all expire in 6 months after purchase. Answer by Sigurd RFlagThank you for serving an urgent "need to know" in an emergency situation. I had those reports in my hand and was able to expedite urgent care and changes in my medication. The old way of waiting for a physician to order labs could have made my situation more critical. I was having severe symptoms that would have not been taken care of as well in an emergency room or urgent care without critical information. Instead I was able to walk into my primary care doc with my test results and change my prescriptions within the hours. I can't say thank you enough!

The customer service rep was very friendly and knowledgeable and very quickly cancelled my original order and placed a new order for the correct lab for me. Would 100% recommend!

There is not enough sync between Walkin Lab and the provider (LabCorp). Twice they executed an order, that was in my account, but not the one I wanted on that day. This happened in spite of my clear instructions to execute a specific order. The appointment booking part needs to have a clear link to the order that should be executed in that appointment. Otherwise, I like Walkin Lab.

All results were in, in less than 5 days even during the weekend. The hard part really was picking the best testing for my health. So many great options! Aging was in my radar but I chose a lipid panel this time. I have some peace of mind with some numbers I didn't know. ApoB and Lipoprotein A was an important number I needed to know for my heart health. I felt like they were good but I know I can improve.

My experience with Walk In Lab is nothing short of great. I have purchased blood tests to keep up with my cholesterol and glucose readings in between doctors apppointments for years. i buy at least two tests per year. Sometimes more. Also buy tests to keep up with psa reading. I usually get the results in the next day. You cannot beat the price and service from Walk In Lab

I was told that I would get my results by email within a few days. I contacted the facility using its internal communications system but never received a response. After almost two weeks, I had to drive 20 miles to the lab to get a paper copy. What if a doctor needed the report within a few days? What good is the report if it takes almost two weeks to get it? You should refund the purchase price.
