  This type of test is not a good thing, a matter of fact, IT IS VERY BAD. I took it and mailed it back, that went ok. I get a message email saying I have results. I get my results and it is a graph and letter. The graph shows that something is wrong, yeah, what? I read the letter, you have to have a medical degree to understand. So, I take it to my doctor, the doctor does not understand. I share it with two more doctors, and they have never read anything like it. Long story short. I have to talk to the correct kind of doctor..... An Endocrinologist. I have an appointment, but not for three months.... Very bad test!

  Easy peasy! The only issue was with the lab company themselves on where I was going to submit my sample. But Walk-In Lab was really easy to purchase online, print off the lab request and the results came pretty fast. I only wish I had gotten an email that they were ready.   One of my doctors told me about this website so that's why I was willing to give it a try and I'm very happy I did. The experience was easy and seamless, and I got my results back within 24 hours. They are also significantly significantly more affordable compared to trying to cash pay with labcorp. Overall, such a great experience and definitely will be getting labs from here again!

  Walk in Labs is very convenient for me. I can compare lab prices, choose which labs I want to have done. The results are sometimes posted the same day if I went early in the morning for he blood draw.

If the lab is unable to result a test, Walk-In Lab does offer customers the option of returning the lab for a no cost redraw, a gift card or a refund in applicable. We also offer testing through Quest Diagnostics as well. I do see where a Results Specialist reached out to by phone to process a refund.
