  We live full time in an RV so I need to get tests done while traveling. Walk in Labs is a great option for me to get by test done while on the move. The connection with Walk in Labs and Quest is seamless and the results are back to me FAST.

  I had the home test and had trouble understanding the instructions, and I screwed up the test. I'm not sure what went wrong, but I told my healthcare provider that I'm done with home tests. I need a technician to do it. It was quite costly and not a quick and easy process, so I don't plan to do it again. I will insist on going to a lab to get anymore tests done.

  I like being able to order my own tests. The results were available in about 24 hours and I was able to fax them to my doctor through Walk-in Labs web site. I like the fact that I do not have to beg the doctor for a copy of my tests. The test results are easy to read.

  The booking process is straight-forward... pick the tests you want, pay for them and then schedule the appointment. The website shows you when and where there is availability so it's easy. And once you arrive to the office and do a digital check-in on the monitor in the lobby, the blood drawing process is very orderly. And as a bonus, they seem to hire really skilled people because of the several times I've utilized Walk-In Lab, the draw was easy and drama--free.

  I was glad to find thyroid panel test available. My doctor never asked me about my thyroid nor ordered one to find out. WIL made it easy to choose from either LabCorp or Quest. I liked the fact that there was an online option for me to fax my order to my lab location so I did not have to bring hard copy of lab order. Unfortunately my thyroid result was not good. Fortunately, thanks to WIL, I now know that I should start working on my problem through change in diet.

  Extremely pleased with my purchase. I had not been to a doctor for several year or had any blood work done so I ordered several different blood test through Walk in Lab and I thought the price was very fair. I chose to go to Quest to have my blood drawn and I got the results the following day. When I got to Quest, I gave them the paperwork that was provided to me by Walk In Labs and everything went very smooth. I found a 10% off coupon at Retailmenot.com, and that helped with the price a little bit.

  Prices are reasonable and probably comparable to "insurance rates". Avoiding a doctor's visit saves us a few hundred dollars because of our high deductible plan. The lab order is created and available for printing within minutes. You can walk into a lab soon after printing your order. Hope this method ordering your own tests remains affordable and available.

  Hello Melinda. I wonder if you could assist please. We were sent to lab requisition that wasn’t considered valid by the lab that we drove to. They said that it left a doctor signature so they couldn’t except it. The requisition was for estradiol and a ANA. It was a redo from the test that was previously paid for but somehow we received bogus results. I’m not sure what to do so I figured I would contact you. Thank you.

  I love this lab service. I have no problem getting in at the lab to have the blood drawn. They are SUPER nice. So far, I’ve always gotten the results the next day! No medical appointments, fights with TRICARE, waiting months for an appointment with a specialist - if I’m approved to see one. I send my results to my doctors and “put the ball in their court.” Zero hassle. I can’t thank you enough.

  I have now used Walk-In lab three times. The first two times it was seamless as with my doctor but much less expensive. The third time, I had a time issue for the blood draw and had to cancel my order after a week and they were exceptionally easy to deal with, cancelling my order and refunding my payment. I had actually paid for half the testing cost with points earned with their reward system and they also refunded my points. In addition I have referred my mother and her experience with the blood draw and results was just as seamless and convenient as any other testing she has done. Fully recommended.
