  I used walk-in lab because my local Healthcare systems take up to a week to even return a call let alone schedule an in office visit. I found exactly what I needed and was able to search for a lab local to me that was able to draw it. I got my results back for this lab in less than 2 days.

  Have to love the frequent sales hosted by WIL, especially those site-wide ones! Grabbed a few basic labs that I like to have run a couple of times a year during the recent sale in honor of tax day (a reminder to all of us taxpayers to try and save a little here and there when we can; as I alluded to, these are labs that I'm going to be purchasing at one time or another anyway). As always, a quick and easy experience!

  I was impressed with how easy it was to place an order for a lab test. The only thing I was unsure of was if there would be an additional charge at the lab for a blood draw in addition to paying for the initial order online. I called customer service but was told I needed to contact the lab itself and after several phone calls I received an answer. Other than that, the overall experience would be 5-star.

  HI Julia, Than you for your feedback. I'm sorry there was some confusion on blood draw fees. We are contracted with LabCorp and Quest Diagnostics for testing so there is no extra fee for blood draws at the lab. We do also offer some at home test kits located under our home test kit tab on the website. If you are ordering one of these kits then there will be an extra fee for the draw.   As someone without insurance, I can get labs for much less through Walk In Labs than the cash pay discount offered directly from the lab. It has saved me a lot of money and is so convenient to use!

  I was looking into a way to get lab work done without having my stupid doctor involved. Came along walk-in Lab! Super simple to get your lab work done and then it’s up to you what to do with it. I live a healthy way and try to avoid harsh medications as best as possible. So now I can adjust my life style accordingly and that works great. For major issues I would of course consult a doctor. But to lower my cholesterol I use my lab results and adjust my diet and I never needed to be put on statin drugs. Highly recommended.

  Couldn't be better! I can find the lab tests I want at a good price, order quickly, and be at a lab site that afternoon to have the tests done. The results are reported quickly through a password protected account. I have used walk in lab several times now and it's given me great peace of mind to be able to get the testing I want done, when I need it, without having to go to a practitioner's office.

  Great experience! Signing up for an account was free and easy, and navigating the website was easier than some of the other online groups I checked out at the same time. The lab test are well organized and Walk-In Labs does a great job of detailing out what will be needed before the test (i.e. - fasting) as well as what results will be given for the type of testing being done. Walk-In Labs also takes the time to differentiate whether or not a test can be performed at Lab Corp or Quest so there isn't any confusion on where to go. Payment options are convenient. My results were also back within 1-2 days, so great turn around, and the report was easy to access on the website to print for my own records. My only critique is the need to contact customer service via email to have an sales/insurance receipt sent, to file with insurance, can take a few days. It isn't difficult and the representatives respond quickly and pleasantly, but it's just an added step with some minor delays that could be better streamlined. Overall though a fantastic experience and I will be using the service again.

  I used walk-in lab for quite a few test. I like the selection that they offer. When the results come through walk-in lab contacts me. They make it very easy. It’s almost impossible to get a doctors appointment these days. Sometimes you want to know immediatel about your health. Even though I have insurance, I paid out-of-pocket myself. At times I want to take control of my own health and not depend on a doctor to write a prescription.

  Thank you for your response. I would have given 5 except the young lady working that day wasn't very receptive or engaging. Seemed like a sweet young lady but had difficulty getting her to even talk. I think she needs to continue her job but maybe just praised and encouraged when she does engage. She did say she likes her job and didn't mind being there alone. I will just pray for her in whatever is on her mind. Thank you for your service
