Did you schedule an appointment with the lab for your testing for specific time or did you just walk into the lab for testing? We are contracted with Quest Diagnostics and LabCorp for testing, however we are a separate entity.   Excellent service! This means a lot for a person like me that tends to faint and has a phobia of needles. They let me lay down and elevated my feet which prevented the fainting. The lab specialist was the nicest I had ever experienced. The complete opposite was my experience in quest Diagnostics. They had a ingorant technitian letting me go unconscious in a chair for a few minutes until I asked to lay down on the floor to get blood in my head in order to go back to a fully conscious state. 10 stars for Walk in lab in Naperville. 0 stars for quest.

  Very easy & cheaper than having to get an order from the Dr first. Paying the Dr fee then the lab fee can get quite expensive. I also used my HSA card as payment online.

  Placing my order for the test was easy. I received the order immediately to print out and take to the lab. I did receive some of my results within 24 hours of having blood drawn at the patient service center. The other tests take a few days for the lab to process and release the results.

  Price was fine and it was easy to do, my only complaint is it took 8 days to get all my results. 1/2 the results came after 3 days and then I wait until after my Dr visit to get the rest. I suspect Walk In labs was at bottom of the Quest Lab list as it has never taken more than 4 days to get all my results. . . .usually 2 or 3 days. I will plan accordingly next time and do results several weeks before I need them.

  The tests were easy to select and order. The descriptions for each test were helpful and the tests offered were much more thorough in scope than anything my cardiologist has sent me for previously. The results were sent to me via email the very next day after my blood was drawn at LabCorp. I was very happy with my first experience using Walk-In-Lab and will be doing so again in the future.

  I love walk-in lab and I'm lucky to live in a state where patients have the freedom to run their own labs. I was able to find my hashimotos hypothyroidism prior to pcp or endocrinologist finding it. It's often more frugal to pay for your own labs than to let insurance do so depending on the service. I really miss the LabCorp location off Canfield avenue but the one downtown is also very good. Staff always kind and professional. Gentle. Knowledgeable. Results usually fast COVID has made that a little slower but I do feel LabCorp has more accurate testing results. I solely rely on them for all my testing for the last 5 years.

  Went to the lab, checked in, short time later test completed, the young lady drawing the sample was very pleasant and probably was the best at carrying out the unpleasant part of lab test. 6 stars out of 5.

  Always use walkinlab for my blood draw needs. Just had my physical and my doc was amazed at the ability for me to order any test I want under the sun. Saves big money for us out of pocket payers.

  My only suggestion is you improve your website to make it clear how to order a test. It took me two tries to finally order my test. Have someone totally unfamiliar with your site try to order a test and you will see why it needs improving.

  Ordering is quick. Easy to understand process. This time, I did call to verify the change of requisition format. I would say the look of the new format as well as the result, isn't as up to date in appearance. There also is not a scan/barcode for the labcorp tech to scan as previous requisitions. The number still can be inputted. I will continue to use Walk In Lab.

  I had a fantastic experience with Walk-In Labs. The prices were outstanding and way less expensive than any other source. The customer service is second to none.
