Ordering was easy. It was a reasonable cash pay price. The lab only had one person in it. There was no service. Coordinating the appointment was awful.

I had a frustrating experience with my doctor who was reluctant to order labs for an issue I've had previously and I was suspicious had returned. My friend told me about walk-in lab, so I was able to use this service instead - and sure enough, the results confirmed my suspicion...so my doctor then ran even more tests to help dig deeper. The process was easy & timely and helped me get the care I knew I needed.

Walk-In-Lab made a big difference in my life. Had it not been for this service, I would only be permitted to have two lab tests - per year - from Medicare for my TSH tests. Among other things, this test alerts the patient and doctor, that the medication for hypothyroidism might need to be adjusted. Imagine waiting for 6 months to see if all is well. That's insane! Thankfully, we thyroid patients have the option of additional tests through Walk-In-Lab at a very reasonable price. All I can say is: you are a blessing, Walk-In Lab!

The Walk-In labs website is easy to navigate and the explanation of test offerings is very understandable. Placing the order was easy and payment was a breeze. Having said all of that, my issue is that after a week of having my test conducted at my local LabCorp, I still do not have my results. I reached out to Walk-in Labs customer service more than 48 hours ago with no response, not even an acknowledgment that my inquiry was received. Regretfully, this is where I cannot give a 5 star.

I encountered a new check in system at the lab. The technician came out and explained how to navigate the check in process. The technicians were friendly, thorough and varied my name on my specimens. I did not have any problems with the blood draw or discomfort after.

Good experience, easy to order labs for my patient. My only complaint as a provider is that I wish there was a way to invoice the patient. I understand you need a payment to process the order, but if there was a way for the provider to send the invoice to the patient, they pay, then the order is processed by Walk-in-Lab. Perhaps there is a way and I am just not aware.

The lab experience went well. The results were quick and easy for me to access. However, trying to fax the results to my Primary Care Physician is where apparently there was a problem. I received confirmation that the fax went thru successfully but I couldn't download or open the fax on my end. It was nothing but a black screen. Perhaps it was a black or blank fax for my PCP also. I had requested on the fax instructions for the results to be placed into MyChart but that never happened. When I visit my PCP in a couple of months, I'll have to find out whether or not they successfully received the results via fax. Who knows...

I got the order quickly, it did take a while to get the results, but then the tests were not the normal ones. The reports were through and easy to understand. This is not the first time I ordered some tests I would like to have done my primary care doctor will not order, I am not sure why, but they say you do not need them and am treated for obesity and everything else is ignored. So at times i want tests done that are out of the norm, but then I am not normal.

Walk-in Lab did its part very well as expected, however, I will never choose Quest again because it has been a week since my test and I have yet to receive my test results, that I paid for via Walk-in, from Quest. Walk-in sent my results to me the very next day. However, I chose Quest because they offer three different formats for displaying results. I prefer the “Time Range” format which is nice to present to a new doctor as it shows in graph format your test results over a long period of time, 15 years in my case. This is the second time this has occurred. Quest’s word means nothing as I was assured before it wouldn’t happen again. I’m 79 and tired of getting angry!!

My complaint concerns the fact I had to wait over a week for Quest to make my results available in any #@%^&’g format. I signed into my Quest user account each day for over a week before my results were made available. When they were available, I saved the results to my PC in all three formats. Do you understand now? Wow, and it took you two months to respond to this gigantic catastrophe – bravo.

This business is a god send. Did not have to meet with a primary care to have bloodwork assigned. Got my order through walk in lab and was stuck the next day. Awesome.

I like the convenience of not having to attend a Dr visit in office, however a word of caution is needed here. One of my tests came back with a number that I believe was incorrect. I called walk in labs to get clarification but they informed me that I would need to ask my Dr. So I made an appointment with my Dr who said "I don't know what those numbers are". So be careful what you pay for. I will still use walk in labs but obviously I'll need to educate myself before ordering tests.

Overall I really liked my experience with walk in lab. It was easy and cheaper than ordering directly from the lab I was getting tested. I got my lab order for my tests very quickly and was able to get my lab work the same day. However I took one star off because when I got my results back the listing didn’t state everything the test was for. I’m getting lab test done to show I don’t have certain diseases and it harder to prove when it’s not listed on the results.
