Answer by Assunta LFlagHi, yes, you know what happened, I came to your lab, you get the sample, then you did not evaluate it, the next day you called me that you will not refund me back and I have to redo the test, so I had to re-fast again. Then, I came the second time, your system was down for 1 hour, and I had to change the lab location. This was a terrible experience for me. I am willing to remove the review if you refund me back on orders.

First off, the lab technician is great. My problem is with ordering the labs and then making an appointment. I finally got the labs ordered and thought I had made an appointment. When I got there, they had no indication of my appointment. The lab tech went ahead and squeezed me in. Also, the website said I needed to fast for 12 hours for a CMP. However, the lab technician said this wasn't necessary. Please fix the website and software.

Great service, I have had a lot of odd unexplainable health issues the last two years and it's caused some anxiety that I struggle with often. It's really nice to be able to get a lab on my own to both ease my worries and make sure nothing was missed without having to wait weeks to make it into a specialists office for a script and the copay. The only thing that did throw me off a bit was that my results were released a few days before Walk-in-lab made them available. My primary checks the box to release results to the patient immediately when available. That's the only thing I wish was done with walk-in-lab so I got my results a few days sooner than they were displayed. However it won't keep me from using this service again, it was painless and quick.

The ordering process is very easy and user friendly. The lab tech was awesome! This is such a great way to self-manage my healthcare without having to "get permission" from my doctor. I am an RN who has done many venipunctures and the tech who drew my blood was unable to access my large and extremely visible veins, she inserted the needle almost vertically, caused considerable pain, blew the vein and reinserted the needle after pulling it out of my skin. This tech was slurring her speech, was unfriendly to me and very rude to other staff in her interactions with them. Despite only being a small of blood in the tube, she said it would be enough, so I left. But this tech called me back and hour later and said I had to leave work & come back because she didn't get enough blood. I returned and requested another tech who did a much better job, no pain and had No problem accessing my vein. I hope that my bruised and swollen arm does not get infected from the first tech's improper technique, reinserting the needle after she removed it from my skin. I informed Quest corporate and the supervisor of this office, but have not heard back if/how this problem has been resolved. I wouldn't go back to this location if I thought I might get this tech again and would have to request someone else.

I love that I can be in control of my healthcare and get the labs that I want to get without having to pay for a doctor's visit, only to have to then turn around and pay for labs. Walkinlab.com (Walk-in Lab) is the best available lab ordering service for uninsured or insured needing additional lab tests done. It could still be improved -- thus the 4 stars instead of 5. In my experience, this is the best lab service available. They offer an extensive choice of lab tests and two national lab offered for most tests. I wish the offering was a bit more extensive in areas where frequent lab testing is necessary -- e.g. for cancer patients. To be fair, more complex genetic tests are extremely expensive and might not be cost-effective for most patients. Still. The website could also be improved. It is a bit confusing. The About Us, Partner and Blog menus do not belong to the main menu bar -- they should be reserved for ordering test. The color palette is also confusing with buttons with different functions sharing the same color: e.g. green for login, searching, Quest Diagnostic, .... The UI needs some clean up for clarity. That being said, Walk-in Lab offers a great service, with good prices and ample selection of lab tests to chose from. Highly recommend.

This is my 5th order and everything went smoothly on all my orders. No surprise charges just good quick service. I use Quest over Lab Corp to process the labs since they can show you your history of tests. I have recommended to others.

They have so many different tests. I got my blood drawn and results within a week and this was OVER Christmas and the holidays. I want to get more tests soon.
