  I look forward to meeting with Coach Donna when I can. I studied French but rarely have a chance to practice. She gives immediate feedback and my French has improved drastically. She's worked with my children as well and is able to adjust to their ages and levels well.

  Dear Erik, We thank you for your feedback. Our Support Department is committed to providing you with a response to all your queries within 48 hours, and our commitments have always been met. As for the selection of coaches, this is indeed limited to a maximum of 2 reference coaches in order to ensure a high quality pedagogical follow-up. A 3rd coach would unfortunately not have access to your learners' pedagogical files, and would therefore not be able to take over after the sessions carried out by the other two coaches.   I like the choice of teachers. You can match with the personality of your child. Our teacher is very committed and very joyful to have lessons from. She really encourages our children to try and learn.

  I work as a coach at Vivaling and have my daughter take classes as well. She loves her classes and very much looks foward to each one. I love the curriculum, philosophy and work culture as well. Highly recommend taking classes with Vivaling!

  Vivaling has been such a blessing. My time with my French tutor is one of the few things I do for me, just for fun. As a mom, these things are rare.

  My son loves his Spanish classes. When I tell him he has a class, he is always excited. The teacher knows what level to put him so that it isn't too difficult, he has fun, but he is still learning. He has a lot of fun playing the games! When I watch the recordings, I am always amazed by how much he understands and speaks. As it is a one-to-one class, my son gets so much from it. I think he must learn in 25 minutes what he would learn in a week with thirty other children in his class! Thank you VivaLing!!!

  The VivaLing support team is very nice and effective, I can quickly get reply when I send emails to them for help. I like the flow of how the system works, I can easily create the course and get a very great teacher recommended automatically based on my needs. I am very happy and satisfied with all the lessons taken so far. My speaking and writing skills in English has been improved a lot.

  I love learning with VivaLing! Flexibility and tailored sessions to my needs and linguistic goals! Great customer service, caring coaches, great pedagogy and now with the new app you can top up, book sessions and do anything you need! As improvements, I would suggest that they add some type of google calendar or apple calendar link so you can click and easily have a reminder of your session looking at your online calendar.
