Verified reviewI never received my order and had to wait for an investigation with Canada Post to receive my return. Needles to say I will not be ordering from here anymore

Verified reviewPending on the piece, the quality is now questionable with this brand. They must have a new manufacturing company because they’ve gone down hill. I’m disappointed because this is my main spot for shopping but I’m not sure it’s worth the money anymore. Quality is what I look for in a piece of clothing and it’s not equivalent to a year ago anymore. Also, customer service is cheap and doesn’t want to fix things, 0%

The cream colored top was see-through. the fabric was so thin. The skirt fabric was very bulky and thick- you couldnt tell this from the pictures. When i wear it - it looks like I have gained 10 pounds- not flattering at all.

Verified reviewProduct arrived quickly One item didn’t fit and I needed to return it. Website didn’t navigate returns well as the English instructions never appeared. Needed to write in and ask for either instructions in English or to send a return slip. Once I connected this process happened quickly. Return processed quickly to my visa. Would be more convenient if a return label was provided with the original order. Other than that the experience was reasonable and handled quickly
