Verified reviewThe clothing did not match the description on the site. They seem to be of low quality and poor fit. One sweater was already falling apart when I received it and looked very worn and ratty after fiest wear. It was VERY difficult getting any service or help. I used the online chat which was very frustrating until I got in touch with a human only to have to go through my story again. I provided pictures , order number snd details and those were lost and had to do it 2 more times with different customer service people. It took weeks to hear back only to get a stern 'we don't care' as its a final sale from their team. They completely missed what my concern and issue was!! Now I've wasted money and am stuck with a bunch of clothes I cannot wear. The site is misleading and the descriptions of how they fit are inaccurate. Most of the shirts are cropped even though this is not said in their descriptions. Never shop there again!

Only one time I had to return something and it was very easy, just send it back and the refund is credited. I’ve recommended it to many people. The sales are awesome!
