I was impressed how fast I received my order. The quality of the garments is very good. I was surprised to find that the measurements in the chart were bigger than what I needed but I am ok with that. It is un style to wear oversized hoodies.

I found out about the brand fairly recently and started shopping online fairly recently as well so I've had both good and bad experiences buying this way! for me what matters the most is the accuracy between what's shown on the website and the real products that you receive. Another important thing is the customer service, communication, and ease of purchase and return/exchange policies and procedures. I've purchased on sites where for example they take too long or won't even answer your e-mails at all! even some cases where the seller makes you pay for return/exchange charges even when you've paid full price of the garments! It is not the case with Vero Moda, they've been prompt to inform me about order confirmations, shipping, and even support when I had to request a return. Shipping is been easy and reliable and it seems that returns are the same! I am super happy with everything about the brand and I will be buying here for life!

I sent a return for this coat on Feb 1st as it was too big. I have yet to receive any tracking information, or a refund for my return. Every time I reach out to customer service, they tell me they are waiting for the shipping information from Purolator. I think it is safe to assume after a month that my return has been lost, yet I am not hopeful that I will ever receive my refund.
