First time buyer as a valentine gift for my wife. She loved it and could not believe that I could make this excellent choice... so thanks Venus et Fluer and to top this off the customer service is just superb. Part of the arrangement was delivered damaged by UPS so when I called to report customer service replied within a day of reviewing my case and sent replacement

Shipping was fast. Packing damaged the flower on a few of the petals. And squished the whole flower. I had to spread it out. It smells great. I love the color and suede holder. It was a small gift. Would’ve been perfect if it weren’t for the creases in the petals and flattened flower. I got one from another company at that flower was full and no creased petals. I do like this box better. Would’ve been great if I could’ve switched the flowers. I made it work though. I am sure other packages of these flowers would not come like that since they come in different cases.
