Defect shines in the light when holding in hand. Medium scratch on the sliding opening door to smell. Box was very dented upon arrival but overall 3/5.
She loved it. Curious if possible to replace the sliding piece and two flowers on the other order. She just opened them today on valentines day.

Getting these shipped is probably not the best option as they dont have any protection and can be easily damaged. In hindsight I should’ve known not to get flowers shipped in general but these specifically are most susceptible to damage. I did however get a different set of flowers after contacting customer service for free which I am much happier with.
