There was a slight issue with the item I purchased. The display box arrived damaged, However after several conversations with customer service they were able to rectify the situation quickly and effectively. The customer service team was incredible and attentive.

I adore my flowers. They are so beautiful and full everyday. The fact that they are so beautiful and stay so perfect for so long is amazing. You all will be very busy as word spreads on this marvelous process. But your little hat boxes are the most elegant. I already have shared with the world my charming and heartfelt Valentines gift.

For the price, I would have expected the roses to look all near perfect. Some of them have shown browning and tearing on the petals upon delivery. This makes me skeptical about their longevity promise. However, The freshness of fragrance is beyond amazing. The lilac color was perfect.
