Loved the flower. Unfortunately they did not come in time. They came 2-3 days after Valentine’s Day even though I paid extra on the shipping to make sure I will have delivered before Valentine’s Day. However, one of the most frustrating part was that I sent a message to check on the flowers but no one ever got back with me. Flowers were good but customer experience was not good.

Beautiful, arrived early, exactly as pictured. Was a tad confused about care (the card mentioned not to remove the rose from its “box”—it took me a minute to realize it wasn’t applicable to my purchase) other than that an ideal purchase, wife loves it.
