The gentleman always cut the thorns off of the roses he sent to his bride in the past.
He was delighted that this is a new way of sending roses without the thorns.
The couple both had to be tutored on the fact that the roses were real and preserved and should last at least a year...I have found that the last 4 items I have sent to people...all had to be tutored by me as to how to care for them. I realize you send directions, but apparently they are not obvious enough to have people either notice them, or just ignore them. I feel that your directions need to be more obvious with the title : "IMPORTANT...PLEASE READ FOR PROPER CARE OF THESE REAL ROSES"
