Awesome products, I ordered 3 mini roses (different colors) and 1set of the candles. The items ordered were for 3 family members. They were all very satisfied with the items received.
I had one small problem I encountered. One item didn’t get delivered as scheduled but I didn’t get a call or email informing me that it was a delay.
I called the 1-800 number and the employee was extremely nice and apologetic. He took my order number put me on hold to research the problem.
He apologized again , explained what happened and asked if I still wanted the item ordered. I said yes, he said he would have it delivered the next day and email me a $50 gift certificate for my next purchase.
AWESOME service and very professional and pleasant. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family that are looking for a unique gift.
