This is my 2nd time I have gotten one of your arrangements. Love the smell and even after a year my 1st one still smells great. When I received my 2nd one it looks and smells great but I was a little disappointed as there were quite a few petals that fell off during shipping. You do not notice but I know. I will still purchase another.

Defect shines in the light when holding in hand. Medium scratch on the sliding opening door to smell. Box was very dented upon arrival but overall 3/5.
She loved it. Curious if possible to replace the sliding piece and two flowers on the other order. She just opened them today on valentines day.
