I absolutely love this company roses. I have several large boxes from you guys. I rated my this particular order a 3 star because some of the Red roses have dark coloring around the end of them as if they will be dying out soon. Normally my roses never have looked like that. I received they order very quickly as usual. I was kind of dissatisfied how some of the Red Roses color is turning.

Loved the flower. Unfortunately they did not come in time. They came 2-3 days after Valentine’s Day even though I paid extra on the shipping to make sure I will have delivered before Valentine’s Day. However, one of the most frustrating part was that I sent a message to check on the flowers but no one ever got back with me. Flowers were good but customer experience was not good.

The flower smelt great and was very nice but I ordered next day shipping and didn't receive it until 2 days later. I ordered before the time needed in order to get the next day shipping but still did not receive it the next day.
