The Roses were all crinkled up when they arrived, and some of them were broken. I made the best of it since it was a gift and I didn't have the time to go back and forth with the Company. I recommend going to a Retail location so you know what you're getting before paying for it.

Defect shines in the light when holding in hand. Medium scratch on the sliding opening door to smell. Box was very dented upon arrival but overall 3/5.
She loved it. Curious if possible to replace the sliding piece and two flowers on the other order. She just opened them today on valentines day.
