  During the time I have used the Centers to obtain mandatory FAA drug tests, I have had absolutely no difficulties with prompt reporting of the results. No complaints from any patient about the process. No indication of breech of privacy during the notification or collection process. To date, process is not broken, so do NOT fi it.

  Easy to navigate, although so many options to choose from, which is great from a business perspective. The process was so intuitive and easy, and customer service was so kind in navigating, explaining, and clarifying what was needed. Awesome process for me, since this was my first time having to get a drug test in this manner. Thank you!!

  I’ve been disappointed at every step of this process. From testing centers that don’t send confirmation your employee showed up to test results taking a week. Oh, and testing centers keeping hours that are not consistent with what was reported to me. Calling multiple people looking for answers and wasting actual hours of my life on hold and dealing with this. What an absolute disaster.

  I would like to make a commendation on Calee D. The case manager who assisted and worked on my lab test request. Even though it took 12 days for me to receive the results from the time the specimen was submitted... she was able to reply on my inquiries and update me while waiting for it. And I am pleased with the results which proves the accuracy and reliability of the Lab Test performed.
