  I have been using Silpat baking mats for years - at least 30. I love how my cookies bake much more evenly than with parchment, even with oven hot spots. I just purchased 6 baking pans & immediately ordered 6 Silpat mats. I also love the new wrap for them (I've been using hair scrunchies!).

  Silpat makes the best silicone baking mats; I own Silpat mats for all of my cookie sheets and don't want to ever be without them. So glad they make a toaster oven mat, fits well and makes clean-up easy like all of their mats. Quick delivery.

  I'm pleased with my Siplat mats. I recently purchased some new baking sheets and needed additional mats to go with them. I've been using some decent quality “dupes” for years, this time I decided to buy the original Siplat mats. The quality is amazing and I except to get years of use from them.

  5 stars! Extremely high quality product and be sure to keep the box for the muffin molds for storage purposes. I made perfectly cooked cornbread muffins in the standard size tray. Clean up was a breeze, worth the purchase price. Thank you!

  Silpat silicone baking mats are the absolute best of the best! I love baking cookies and discovered these mats about 18 years ago at a friend's house, I immediately purchased a pair! I can't imagine baking without them! That first pair is still going strong, but when I saw the mats with hearts I just couldn't help myself...and they were on sale! Win!! My mats were shipped and at my door in less than a week, and they helped make their first of many batches of cookies last night!

  Everything was great except my customer service experience. I was shipped the wrong item and alerted them as soon as I opened the box. It has been eight days, including five full business days and I have not heard back other than a confirmation that they received the message. Ended up purchasing the item again, but from a third party seller.

  I ordered 3 mats and 2 of the ones I ordered arrived. The third item which I had ordered was not in the package. Instead a completely different item arrived. I have reached out to Silipat twice without any response for the past 2 weeks. Products excellent but customer service is the worst.

  We've purchased at least a dozen Silpats over the years. We recently purchased two of the toaster oven sized sheets. On first use, one Silpat smelled terribly, emitting a chemically smell. We stopped using it and my threw out the food. I contacted Silpat via their website and received a prompt, email reply, saying this is not typical, and they will investigate after getting my order number. I replied with my order number and received an auto-reply saying a ticket was created, but not listing the ticket number. I've waited a week, but no contact whatsoever. How hard is it to contact someone with a brief acknowledgement, other than a less than helpful auto-reply. In the meantime, I keep getting these reminders to review the company. Well, let's see if this helps.

  I ordered the smallest silpat sheet available to replace one that got ruined. But the one that got ruined is even smaller and fits our toaster oven. So it would be nice if there was still a silpat measuring 7.5 by 9.5 inches. but my wife loves them.

  I ordered a cook n' cool perfect baking tray...I DID NOT receive this. What I got was a Sil-Band - I did not order this...I don't know what it is. It measures about 1 inch wide and 6 inches long and maybe 1/8th inch wide. It came in a box 16x12x6 and LOTs of paper. I have sent an email to the company and not recieved a response. NOT IMPRESSED

  The company does not provide openly a customer service link or line to check on a status. I ordered this with in a time frame to be before a holiday and didn't show up until later. Customer service needs to improve and been more robust. Product is fine, and what is expected.

  I bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter who does a lot of baking year-round. I think she will love it! I have no experience with the Silpat baking pans, but if they work as well as the Silpat baking mats do, it will be a definite improvement for her.

  I have purchased madeleine pans and for this purchase I bought mini loaf pans (financiers). They are non stick, the banana bread literally fell out of the pan when I flipped them over. The product does not develop a crust, so items stay soft. The shipping was fast, and I appreciate the nice storage boxes.

  I am so disappointed in the outcome of my cake baked in the Bundt style pan I ordered from silpat. It was uneven mostly raw. I returned it to oven but poor results. I threw out the cake and was tempted to toss the “pan”. I will donate it at next opportunity.

  Silpat is an excellent product. Skip the step of greasing because Silpat doesn't need it. Nothing sticks to a Silpat, it just slides right off and it doesn't matter if it's the first time being used or the 20th time. It still works the same.

  Just what I needed! I bought a jelly roll mat years ago that I liked but that was a little too small for most of my pans. The half sheet is a great size, and I know it's gonna last me a while. Big ups to Silpat for being consistently impressive.

  Please note, I have sent (3) emails to Silpat Customer Service due to the fact that I received my order and the following items were missing and/or damaged: (1) Silpat Round Cake Mold - 12 portions (1) Silpat 20 Heart Half Size - Limited Edition The Silpat cake mold box was delivered empty. The Heart Half Size sheet was damaged/cut into from cutting damage to its box. To date, I have not received any follow up from the company regarding the incomplete and damaged order I received. Thoroughly disappointed. I want the items I paid for.

  I will gladly pay the premium price of Silpat as long as it is not made in China. There are a lot competitive products, but ALL of them are made in China, which I do not trust. So glad Silpat continues to offer more and more products! They are quality! Easy to use, easy to clean, and produce a consistent product. I have a lot of them, and love them all.

  We had and still have an old Silpat mat we got for free from a garage sale, and after using it for 2 years we decided we love it so much we want some more of the same. So we bought 3 more, brand new mats. They're amazing quality, work as described. We're actually using them as dish mats on top of our glass round table and ocasionally bake cookies on them. But the stiffness and stickiness makes them perfect for glass tables, noting slips off a slipmat!
