  This has been a great lunch box for my 1 year old. The size is perfect and I like that the two smaller containers are removable if non-refrigerated items are packed. It did take a long time (over a month) to arrive. Also only comes with one tag for the top, not all 4 shown.

  A lot of categories are missing items. Hard to make a nice personal colour bento box when it appears the only options are clearance items. No warning in newsletters about upcoming sales, so have to keep checking. Products are nice and for the most part there are several views and the information is easy to access.

  The navigation is something to be desired on the mobile website. Not to mention, it wouldn't let me check out on my phone, it just kept automatically refreshing every time I put in my address. I have a suspicion that it was due to me trying to make an account while checking out. It worked just fine on my desktop instance, though.

  You're able to search for what you're looking for or just browse. The user interface is great! It's a very easy place to shop and there products are the best in the market, in my opinion (and I've tried 6 of their competitors).   I order three identical lunchboxes for my three kids to take to school. One of the arrived broken, the box and the plastic lid. They responded immediately an replaced it. For some reason, the new box/lid did not close properly so I wrote again and they sent me a different lid. It works perfect now! They were prompt and helpful. Great products.

  Everything is in excellent taste! I took one star off because the bag was rather small considering that I got the x-large one. Bento box and water bottle did not fit together unless I lay the bottle on its side. Otherwise, products seem to be very well made. Have not used them yet. I hope there won’t be any issues with leakage..Will come back to rate once I have used them

  As a web designer, your search filters could be improved. Searching kids vs sorting kids, for example, brings up different results. But I don’t give up and I found what u was looking for! Also please consider a “botify me when available” for out of stock options, or if they aren’t returning then remove them. It makes deciding what to get easier. There were 2 out of stock kid bentos in my searching.

  For the past few years, I have always wanted to get Monbento but had issues making payment on the site but didn't want to purchase through Amazon, so I let it go. The payment page wouldn't load and it didn't matter whether I was using WiFi, the Ethernet cable, my phone, iPad, or laptop, or what time of the day I tried again. I was so happy that I was finally able to this time around. While the looks of the site is neat, trying to find a specific item back again through the navigation was rather cumbersome because the categories were rather vague for items like the containers with silicone lids that come in sizes of 1/3, 1/2, and 2/3.

  I have purchase around $300 in total from them. Overall it’s a good purchase. The only issues is sometimes the lids and containers get warped. Not all the products are made in France which is sad. They advertise made in France. The accessories are made in china. The fabric bag is very thin and cheaply made. I would pay more for better quality. I had to purchased the insulated bag but it only comes in pink. My son cannot use it. That’s bag was very well made. I am still waiting on a heated lunch box.

  Initial box I received slowly started to warp through regular usage. (Never microwaved or heated) A replacement was sent to me under warranty but the quality was no where near as good as the first set. The new set had rough edges from the mold and the colors were similar but noticeably different from the original.

  I ordered a thermos lunch box from Monbento and never received it. I didn't receive tracking information either. Yet, there is the charge in my checking account! This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my wife--the only thing she actually wanted. I will return it--if it ever arrives, that is. You should be embarrassed.

  There’s nowhere else I’d go for high quality and beautifully designed bento/lunch boxes! I bought one for my husband years ago and it’s as good as new, so I finally treated myself to one as well.   I was super excited about this order from what I had read and seen online. However, after receiving the product, I was extremely disappointed in the quality and utility, especially given the high price tag. Had this been a 5$ item from Walmart, it would have sufficed, but being a $50+ lunch box set I was shocked. It is so hard to remove the lids for daily use, and the overall plastic containers just felt cheap. One of the sets came scratched and was missing several pieces. I ultimately returned the set for a refund, but working with customer service via email proved a weeks long process to simply return a damaged and incomplete item. I would not order from them again.
