That makes me a bit fearful that I didn't completely understand the offerings and pricing options, fearing that the old adage "if it's too good to be true, it probably is" might come into play at some point when I can least afford it.

Verified reviewI wasn’t able to pay on your website it was some problems with no possibility to pay and had to call customer service to be able to pay after l make the reservation. The flight was nice from LAX to Paris but the food you served for this flight is very bad and l was not able to eat my meal. The food is always bad from LAX to Paris and better quality in the way back…..

Verified reviewOverall, the site worked well and was pretty smooth to book with. Things that could be improved: 1. Allow for American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods 2. Prevent price changes mid-booking (our ticket prices went up in the middle of selecting our meals and led to me having to start from scratch and pay a higher price). Very frustrating. 3. Better explain what is included as far as meals and lounge access go for those purchasing the premium economy seats. It seemed like we got meals included, but it was hard to know if we were buying extra meals or the original meals, or just buying special meal variants, for example. 4. Better explain the front row seat price extra cost justification 5. It would be good to have a way to provide passport info after booking to help expedite, but maybe that comes later (no mention yet, so not sure)

Verified reviewGood experience overall. The one thing that was frustrating is the check-in process when flying to the US. In particular if you select country of residence US but no US passport you can only check-in with a green card. What if you are living there on a work visa? L1? H1B? In any case anyone (from french bee) is reading this review, it would be very easy to correct by relabeling the "country of residence" to "US citizens and green card holders".
