Verified reviewThey’ve changed policy - now you have to pay extra to bring a cabin bag on (70 euro) and even if you pay extra for a changeable ticket they now charge 150 euro change fee. All new and terrible policies. They also added their own twist to the 24-hour cancellation law to and from the United States to ensure they don’t have to refund anyone ever. What a terrible company- this will be my last French Bee flight ever.

Verified reviewMy husband and I fly with Frenchbee once a monthwe spend dozen of thousands per year with them. Booked a flight while arriving at desk for departure was told flight was cancelled nobody called me. had to purchase a new ticket with another compamy because i couldn't miss this flight. Transit was missed for my second flight with them. Had to purchase new ticket with other company. No help from them, no communication, now I have to fight to get reimbursed. Plus guess what i discovered that flying economic class with other companies was better than premium with them. this company should be banned

Before booking a flight we always need to know how much place is left in the hold for our animals. So, this is very difficult for us. Is there maybe another way we can reach FB?

Verified reviewI had to chooose between the English or French website. No problem since I speak both languages. However I booked my ticket for 26 November instead of 26 December. When I called customer service to correct I was told it couldn’t be corrected unless I pay a change fee because I paid in euros. I didn’t see that written anywhere but even if it was THAT IS POOR AND DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. I was still in the 24 hour period after I posted chased the ticket. The agent who was trying to help me was rude and told me I was the one who made the mistake. She was so mean and awful and spoke English with a strong Jamaican accent and I could barely understand what she was saying. I paid the extra money BUT I WILL NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN FLY FRENCH BEE! This whole experience has already been DISGUSTING and I have not even left Miami yet. I fly to Europe often on Delta Air France or Lufthansa. Never had any issues with booking or the flight. I was very excited to fly French Bee but to hell with this! 🤬

Verified reviewWhen booking this time, the payment failed several times. When I tried paypal, the payment completed, but we did not see the transaction in Paypal until several days later. This created some concern as to whether the payment completed or not. I did receive the emailed flight confirmation.
