Verified reviewI got exactly the rubber that I wanted, and fast. The cust service person was friendly and efficient. But: My technical question was redirected a colleague, the expert, twice. First, when she was unsure about my question, and then the next day when he didn't contact me the first time. Never heard from him. I took a chance and ordered because preferred to start learning the new rubber ASAP.
