    annette has been so wonderful to work with. she helps to educate me on a day to day basis about any dietary concerns or symptom management questions that i have. she reassures my worries throughout the process, and helps me feel supported when i reach out. she takes the time to read my journal entries, and follows up on their content during my sessions or in the comments. she’s mindful about the process and takes things slowly, which i feel has been effective so far. she’s helping me make gradual change and investigate the root of the problems that i have. having only worked with GI doctors before and never a dietician, i have really felt seen and heard throughout this process, and appreciate the accessibility when it comes to reaching out to Annette on a day to day basis.

    I started working with Destini to enhance athletic performance, and she has helped me in more ways than just the one. Not only have I made gains in athletic performance, but I have also gained more confidence and overcome mental barriers surrounding food & eating.     I've had an ED for over 40 years and was in despair. I've been in therapy for years, spent a stint in a rehab center, taken various types of medication and etc. It wasn't until I was matched with Karin that--after all these years--I began to see my ED differently, see myself differently, see my future differently. Karin--with her frank, often funny, deeply informative, totally unshaming method--has changed my life for the better in ways that I can hardly believe. I have begun to learn not to fear food. I've begun to understand why I developed this ED. I have begun to notice when it is that my ED is triggered and slowly, how to gain the upper hand. She taught me about restriction--which isn't something I ever thought I practiced but which was, in fact, one of the roots of my problem. She taught me how to look at this ED; now, I am able to say that I am not my ED. This wasn't possible for me pre-Karin. Without hyperbole, I feel that it's safe to say that I owe Karin my life, and certainly my future.

    Jessie has helped me enormously when it came to my health and wellness. She was able provide me the education and resources to identify nutrition and how to navigate different scenarios.     My husband had been losing weight and I needed help on how to have him gain the weight in a healthy way. I decided to contact a nutritionist- good decision. I've met with Rosa since early August and in that time Stephen has steadily gained weight - he is 10-12 lbs from his goal. Rosa taught me about using "good" fats and feeding schedules and supplements that have produced the good results. Rosa has always been encouraging in reminding me if I forgot any of the suggestions.     I cannot express enough how fantastic my experience with my Victoria has been. She is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly non-judgmental and encouraging. What sets her apart is her ability to adapt and find different techniques if I struggle with assigned tasks, rather than making me feel bad about it. She goes above and beyond, working behind the scenes to coordinate with mental health professionals and our family doctor, and even setting up joint calls with them.     I started with Estelle weighing in at 186 lbs in march. She laid out the program to follow though video chats and worksheets. Over all I lost 35 lbs by august while maintaining my muscle mass. I couldn’t be more happy with my results do to her guidance. Any questions I had she followed up right away. She is still helping me maintain my current weight with new food recipes and suggestions.

    I absolutely loved my experience with you all. I was so worried that working with a dietitian would leave me with more “food rules” and restriction. This was not the case. Mikelanne did not push restriction, but rather met me where I was and reminded me that “all foods fit” in different ways. I am coming out of my experience feeling confident around food! What a gift.

    Could not recommend Andrea Bailey enough. I was/am dealing with IBS, and Andrea helped get me back to a healthy baseline after years of struggle.     I started with Top Nutrition in May 2022 and was matched with Andrea. I recently got off birth control and my hormones were out of whack, and my normal eating habits were not working anymore, Andrea is amazing!     I cannot eat anything with gluten, eggs, peanuts, hazelnuts, or dairy. I have been underweight, and having various digestive symptoms and fatigue. My mom found this company online and I was then introduced to Danielle Smith and it changed my life! She is EXCELLENT at helping me find healthy and adequate recipes that fit my body’s food restrictions. She coaches me through difficulties I have eating at restaurants and on trips. She is a great listener and encourages my well-being. She always sends me recipes and a review of our sessions so I she them to reference back to. And the best part is she is always checking in on me and making sure I’m feeling well. After working with her for 2 months I have gained weight (which was the goal), drink 60oz of water a day (which before I drank up to 15oz), feel energized, and am so happy.     I have had an amazing experience with Estelle in my journey of figuring out my sports nutrition strategies. The integrated platform makes it easy to track your meals and review with your coach as well as add other metrics like weight, activity, etc. I have seen a great improvement in both my physical activity as well as overall energy levels thanks largely in part to getting my nutrition right.     Wow. I was looking for a dietician and found Top Nutrition Coaching. I was hesitant and thinking this might not be the best way to find a dietician. They called me and I told them what I was looking for. They matched me with the exact right person. Michelle Rodgers knows how to customize a program for each person. She listened to me. She understood my issues. She even pointed out some of the habits I had that I was not aware of. She has worked with me to change my eating habits in a way that WORKS for ME! Most importantly, she explains things in simple terms, so I can understand the science of the body and nutrition. I am not dieting. I am just doing life and eating as I should be. She has helped me get past roadblocks and helped me in advance in dealing with challenges so that I could stay on track. I have lost 20 pounds so far and I plan to keep going until I get to my goal.     Michelle was absolutely amazing, she is very knowledgeable within her field and a breathe of fresh air.     I sought out a nutritionist after struggling for 8 years with debilitating muscle cramping while running 1/2 marathons and now more recently with long hikes in the Smoky Mountains. My current fitness goal is to complete all 900 miles of trails in the Smokies which means many of these hikes are 18-20+ miles long. I became so frustrated and discouraged after the cramps started to even affect my longer hikes. I have continued to do 1/2's in spite of the cramps and end up having to walk the last 3 miles. I have been way too stubborn to quit. I have tried different strategies like electrolyte supplements, water, no water, pickle juice, goo. In searching the internet for answers to my cramping problem I just didn't trust what I was reading. I then decided to go to the experts. I looked on line and found Top Nutrition Coaching and Rachal Gargano! I chose Rachal because she specializes in endurance athletes. Rachal has been a God send, an incredible help! Rachal reviewed my diet and my current fueling strategies, my problems and goals. She then developed a personal nutrition and fueling plan. What I found out is that I was literally running on empty! She confirmed that I have a magnesium deficiency, I am low in electrolytes and not fueling adequately. I have followed all of Rachal's recommendations and am thrilled to tell you that I have not had significant muscle cramps! I have had an occasional hint of a cramp that I have managed with the magnesium and electrolytes. We are still tweaking my plan as I go along. My legs feel so good! I did not realize how heavy my legs felt. All.The.Time. I am confident that I will actually run my entire next 1/2 marathon cramp free this fall. Rachal has been a ray of sunshine in my fitness endeavors and I am so very thankful for her knowledge, professionalism and expertise.     Previous to Top Nutrition Coaching, I had constant stomach and gut issues. I would feel sick after 50% of the meals I ate and I couldn't figure out why. Manju coached me through the Low FODMAP diet for IBS and through my work with her I no longer have gut issues and I don't have to worry about what i'm eating. She gave me tips and tricks that lead me to be successful with this diet rather than handing me instructions and letting me do it on my own. I'd recommend her services to anyone who is also experiencing IBS related issues!

    Working with Rachel Gargano was literally life changing. She helped me navigate a challenging problem that couldn't be solved through more conventional approaches. She worked closely with me to really understand my current situation, work through my goals and ultimately help offer some advice that helped me understand what triggered my skin flare ups. I realized that there was a ton of misinformation out there and Rachel helped demystify it all using evidence based approaches that made me feel supported and that actually had proven credibility. I highly recommend working with Rachel. She was so patient with me, checking in regularly and answering a ton of my questions via the messaging service. She helped make me accountable with regular check ins that were fun and incredibly helpful. I wouldn't have been ever able to find Rachel if it weren't for Top Nutrition Coaching, so am incredibly grateful for finding this service. If I could rate it more than 5 starts I would.     Working with Jordan Hill has been remarkable. She's helped me come up with a game plan to support my workouts and basketball performance. We've also looked at everything from my sleep, to my mindfulness routine, and my mindset when it comes to food. It's been a game changer. I have a ton more energy now when I work out and I'm a lot more confident with what to eat and what to do to play at my best.

    Michelle is Phenomenal, she has a great personality and is such a wealth of knowledge. Our family has learned so much about food and how to prepare meals. I always thought that i was eating healthy and was always upset that i wasn't seeing results. Michelle has helped us get off of that hampster wheel. Specifically, My son who was recently categorized as being obese and after chatting with Michelle within 2 weeks, he was on his way to losing weight. Less than 3 months in, he has lost almost 10 pounds and probably would have lost more if he wasn't secretly snacking in school- sigh, but its a process. Try the service, and definitely try Michelle. She is worth every penny!!

    I have been working with Nicolette for several months now as my dietician and I couldn't be more thrilled!!! Before working with Nicolette I had been struggle keeping weight due to lack of hunger. Nicolette was incredibly patient and helped me figure out ways to get the calories I needed and regain strength. I can't recommend Top Nutrition Coaching enough!

    Top Nutrition Coaching is an amazing, consultative partner in my nutrition. After my consultation, they matched me within a day to Nicolette, an expert dietitian who specialized in the exact types of questions I had. Nicolette was everything I could ask for in a coach -- she was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, personable, and highly customized to my exact lifestyle, interests, and goals. She was advised me at the right level of detail, and educated me while doing so to give me great tools to make the right nutrition decisions day-to-day. Their technology platform was also great -- it was really easy to share relevant info and collaborate with Nicolette. I highly recommend Top Nutrition Coaching to anyone!

    I worked with Jordan for several months to try to figure out how to achieve the body composition I want now that I'm in my mid-30s and not as physically active as I used to be. Jordan was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, engaging, and accommodating. I went in expecting rapid changes/results, but she quickly helped me understand that seemingly minor changes would be more sustainable and effective over the long-term. She was right. Several months later, I have achieved the goals I wanted to, and I feel confident in my ability to maintain the lifestyle I want and the physical fitness I want.

    They are excellent my nutritionist is great always supportive and answers on my questions and when I leave a message always gets back to me. I like working with her you see results when you follow the plan that your nutritionist has set for you! Definitely recommend !!!!

    I've been holding back on writing this review because the impact of my nutritionist, Andrea, has been short of miraculous and I don't want to get emotional. My gut problems that have been with me since childhood, I'm 66 now, went away in literally a couple of days after I started the program. I'm very grateful to Andrea and Top Nutrition for a dramatic improvement in my quality of life.

    Coach is a lovely person and tried to solve my early morning high glucose problem, but non of the suggestions helped. I learned from her however. I now realize that nutrition will not solve the problem. My early morning glucose will happen no matter what I eat. I now walk or exercise a half hour after breakfast. This works.

    I found the experience comfortable! Especially when I wasn't sure what I was looking for.     I am really enjoying my nutrition coaching. My coach is extremely knowledgeable, and I'm learning a lot I've tried other nutritionists but never got the individual attention I have received with this program. If you are motivated to learn, to try new things and if you are open to making positive change, I highly recommend this program. I am extremely pleased. It is worth every penny!

    I wanted a plant-based renal nutritionist and found their site. The initial phone consultation was very good and I was paired with someone who was an excellent fit. I have worked with Lauren for over 2 months and she is smart, upbeat, down to earth, is a world class nutritionist, and really listens. I was looking to implement a plant-based diet that would work well with type 2 diabetes & stage 3A chronic kidney disease. I already knew a lot about health and nutrition and she was able to guide me to the next level. She was proactive and available but not pushy. Lauren took the time between our appointments to look at some of the food plans that I was considering and read about the doctors who formulated them. She made suggestions about things that I could substitute for items that have dairy. I appreciated that she remembered what we talked about in previous calls and that she has a holistic approach that can be tweaked depending on a person's age, health conditions, knowledge level, and such. I would highly recommend her and if this review was just about her, I would have given 5 stars. The reason for my 4 star rating is two-fold. First, the portal that they use is hard to navigate, doesn't always work, and is cumbersome and annoying. I found that very frustrating and off putting. Secondly, I was told when I talked with their administrative person that I could reach Lauren by text at any time between appointments and would get a prompt response and that was simply not true. I was able to email her and she would get back to me within a day, which is very reasonable, but they should be consistent about this.

    This program has been amazing ! It is the first time I have really utilized a professional nutriontist and I am so glad that I did! The zoom meetings are so informative and my nutritionist really tailors the nutrition specifically for me. It's the first time that I have really felt like I am gaining the knowledge and understanding of how to fuel my body for performance and results.
