  Ordered a Bak Revolver X4 and shipped and arrived quickly. Product was as billed and installed very easily. Utilized the chat now function and was able to get many question answered fully and very quickly. Great company to work with and by far best price around. No haggle best price was great.   Well 5 stars would have been delivered and installed lol but it was a pleasure doing business with them I had to do a couple small modification on installation which was a couple shims on side rails but product was packaged well and love the way it looks on the truck and yes I am improving my mpg with it

  I would like to get update frequently to know where is my product right now since i have received the product by the door without any delivery tracking information.   This is my third tonneau cover in as many trucks. By far the best one so far. Package arrived in great conditions and on time as planned. Installation went smooth, all parts were available. Support from BAK Revolver X4excellent regarding types of cover and installation for my F250SD. In addition Tonneau Factory Outlet had the best service and value. They processed and expedited the order quickly and on time. Thank you. Would highly recommend both Bak Industries and Tonneau Factory Outlet Its nice when a project goes smoothly without issues

  All around excellent. Staff went out of their way to answer all questions and ensure I had everything I needed before I even indicated I might buy something. I was looking for a very specific piece to make 2 system work together Tonneau Factory outlet staff understood what I needed and were more knowledgeable than any other company I had spoken to. They were able to get the items I needed to me from across the country over a week faster than a different company on the east coast where I live. I would definitely go back and recommend to friends.

  I was looking for a specific cover for my truck that would work with a rack I was looking for too.   To be more accurate, my review is for the customer service I received. I was able to get someone on the phone very quickly. The individual that took my call (Morrie) spent time making sure I completely understood my options. I actually couldn't believe how helpful he was. I would highly recommend using this company.   I actually made an online order, then needed to cancel it. Called the next day, but wires got crossed and order didn't get cancelled. When I made the correct order, they took care of all the details and even credited a discount for my troubles. Customer service not often seen today!!
