Exactly what I wanted for my windows. Had a little panic when first putting it on as it seemed too grey, but once both coats were on and the walls painted it looked great. As usual, great quality paint, great colour, great service. For comparison, the bench seat is a solid grey (from IKEA) and the walls are Old School

I love Tint Paint. Old School is such a beautiful, warm but not too-warm colour. The Tint Paint crew is also fantastic to deal with—so helpful, so kind, full of advice and generous. I will never return to the 'usual brands'.

These mini foam rollers are handy when doing small painting job. They don't drip and very smooth in application.

Perfect custom colour.

After being so thoroughly impressed with the quality of the paint from Tint, I was beyond excited to have reached the most satisfying stage in any painting project: removing the painter's tape. What I was not expecting was to have the most frustrating and time consuming experience due to using what I now know is a very low quality product. The tape kept ripping as I was trying to remove it. Every 5-10 cms, it would suddenly rip down the centre or rip down the side, often leaving little tape fibres that were finicky to remove. I thought this might be user error, however, I waited a few days to tape over the already painted surfaces, as well as ensured the last coat was dry to the touch after several hours. The tape also left residue on the ceiling. The ceiling hadn't been freshly painted, nor had the tape been stuck on the ceiling that long (~ 3 days). At first, I thought it might be user error, however on reflection, I've never had this experience before using the standard blue painters tape you get from the big chain hardware stores. I also contemplated it being a bad batch, however, I had used one and a half rolls (there was a lot of trim!) and didn't experience a clean peel for any portion of the project. The remaining half roll of tape has gone in the bin. What should have been a relaxing 5-10 minute job took me upwards of an hour.
