  I am going to order an addition riser and lid from you but please take my comments into consideration. Other suppliers do include hardware. I was surprised when I needed to purchase attachment screws for riser and lid.

  I ordered an air pump and paid the extra for overnight delivery and got it 5 days later and 6 days after hooking up the pump it has stopped working, now I get to debate these issues with them.

  Ordering was easy. Replacement Aerator arrived a few days later in a box. Less than 45 minutes had it unpacked, assembled the few components, and had it installed. Too soon to tell about "last-ability" but had to check to make sure it was still running because it operates so much quieter than old one did. So far so good.

  I’m am only giving a two star review because what I ordered was not the correct part even though it was listed as the part for my aerator. As a result I had to modify it to make it work. When I order a specific part for a specific device I expect it to fit and this did not.

  The price was right, The delivery was great. Installation was simple. All the parts to complete the installation were in the box. Instead of the 2 sided tape, I troweled roof patch on the transition rings and Tapconned them down. The supplied carbide drill bit was sufficient to fasten both transition rings down.

  I ordered a septic tank riser. I found the purchase process relatively simple and prices were competitive. I received my item in the timeframe specified and everything arrived in perfect condition. Assembly and installation was easy. I guess I can't expect more.

  Bad false advertising. Was told the rock would be 42L x 24w x 21H. Was not told it would not be the same at the top. Was being used to cover a backflow preventer on a irrigation system. Notched out the sides to see if I could make it work. A $166.00 rock now in a dumpster.
