  First battery rec'd 4/12. Found to be faulty. Corresponded with Anna who resolved problem & another battery rec'd 4/17. Installed earlier today and Harley started right up.   Terrific company with a terrific web site. The battery died in my granddaughter's Barbie Power Wheels jeep. I was able to quickly find the exact same battery online and ordering it was fast and easy. The battery arrived within 48 hours and required minimal charging before first use.   Tech Battery Solutions supplied the batteries I needed to rebuild the battery packs in my CyberPower UPS at roughly half the cost of buying new battery packs from CyberPower. Actually doing the rebuilds was a royal pain, but that'c CyberPower's fault, not Tech Battery's. Shipping was prompt and the batteries were well packed.

  Searched all over to find Agm battery for 1977 FLH, takes a bigger battery than most, and you are the only one who had it. It mounts in the bike on a slant so the conventional battery was always low on the front cells,No More!

  PROS: I needed replacement UPS batteries. I look at a number of sites, selling replacements, but I chose High-Tech over the others because their price was as good or better. They were also offering two batteries, which is what I needed. I performed the replacement and everything is back to normal. CON: Those batteries are heavy, and they were shipped using a standard Post Office box. When I got it the box had begun to rip open at a bottom long fold. The batteries were still in good condition.

  I've never had problems ordering from Tech battery Solutions and have been using them for over a decade. However, the website has numerous errors in the "Dimensions" (L x W x H) of certain batteries that, if taken literally, may be causing some potential customers to look elsewhere for their battery needs, with a concomitant loss of sales for the company. I have tried unsuccessfully to bring this to the attention of the technical writers via the "chat" option on the site, but my suggested corrections have gone either unnoticed or ignored. If management is reading these reviews, pls contact me so I can point out these examples of errata that need to be corrected.

  Tech battery solutions offers a wide variety of batteries for electric vehicles and other. I have looked all over the place other locations for a battery for my ew 52 electric vehicle, but they were all a bit pricey. This company offered them for around $300 with free shipping. You cannot beat that. And they were easily installed by my former student.

  Tech battery solutions provides high quality batteries with good communication and product support. After ordering my battery, it took less than two weeks to arrive and arrived in brand new condition.
