  The batteries came with the wiring reversed from the photo which required the battery to be installed "backwards" with the face in for the drain tube to fit - so the fill lines are not visible - not a big deal but you should have an accurate photo on your website. There was not a fill tube with the acid so I had to cut and use the drain tube - once again not a big deal but frustrating. There were 2 sets of instructions - one in the battery kit package and one in the shipping box - these instructions were completely different as to charging the battery or not charging the battery at all. There should be concise easy to follow instructions. All of that said these batteries were a real bargain and they charged up to 6.47 VDC. I am overall a happy customer.

  Hello Anthony, I apologize if you were under the impression that this battery kit contained a single battery. The picture on our site for this product is of a pair of batteries and in the description itself it does clearly state that the battery kit comes with two OR-1270HR batteries.   I am saddened by the way the product was represented on the website. Maybe it was intentional, I don't know. Product on website was listed and shown as manufactured in Taiwan. When product arrived it was marked as made in Vietnam! I would not have purchased product knowing this. It matches description and dimensions to a "T", but I won't be using these batteries.

  I ordered a replacement battery for a Cyberpower AVRG750U UPS. Their website showed a SigmasTek 7.5AH battery, but an Origin 7AH battery was shipped. Very disappointed that they don't ship what is shown on their website. Very deceptive in my opinion.

  Had a problem with new battery charger, sent a note regarding the problem (on a Sunday) and received an immediate response. Replacement charger was sent within one day. I consider that exceptional service. Will definitely purchase from Richard again.
