  Unfortunately, the shoes are too big, I followed the recommendation, but they are too long and especially much much too wide. I can not use them and can not send them back, because I wore them about 15 minutes to try and now the white sole from the bottom is no longer completely white. It would have to be urgent in the recommendation that they are very wide!

  Great personal attention to make sure you are buying the right size for your feet. I was always amazed at how fast they got here. Beautifully packaged and I love that each pair comes with a nice roomy shoe bag. I must like them. I ordered five pairs this year.

  I bought three pair of boots. Overall, the delivery process is efficient. But there are two things made me feel disappointed. First, a pair of boots I bought is defective. There are several gray marks on both sides. Second, the boots does not come with a shoe bag.

First of all, let me inform you that we have stoped offering a free shoe bag because we realized most people weren’t using it and, instead, were throwing it away. Instead, we replaced it with a free tote bag. This way, people who want to travel with their shoes can use the tote bag as a shoe bag. And those who don’t can use it as a regular tote bag. No waste 😊 Also, I’m sorry you’ve had gray marks on one of your shoes. Please note that, in case your shoes are defective, you can always send me an email at amelie@swivells.com to ask for a return or a discount on your pair (depending on what you prefer).   Thanks for your message. I thought it would be too much trouble to ask for a return and wait for another pair of boots. But it would be nice if i can get some discount. I have took some pictures of the shoes at the receiving day just in case. On the other hand, about the shoe bag, I only got one tote bag even though I purchased three pairs. So I need to buy extra shoe bags for the rest since i used to keep my shoes in individual bags. My suggestions is, you could (put options) ask your customer if they need a shoe bag for not being wasted. =)

  여치니가 245정도 신는데 250을 선물했더니 발볼이 다른 신발보다 타이트 하다고 합니다. 신발 밑창 바닥 만져보니 일반 구두보다 더 폭신폭신하고 착화감이 좋다고 합니다. 색깔이 그렇게 많이 파랗지도 않고 밤 하늘의 은하수 같은 이쁜색이라 좋아하네요. 신발 사이즈는 Approx. Foot Size 로 한국 사이즈와 비교하면 될 것 같아요~ 배송일은 영업일 5일도 안되서 한국 땅에 밟았어요.

  This is my third pair of Swivells. Mama Green, Mama Navy and now Chestnut. All have been comfortable to wear and awesome to dance in. I have slightly broad feet, so whilst they are tight to start with, they give after a few wears. Delivery from France to Australia is quick, even during Covid 19 times. I like the little extra gift that is included, like shoe polish or a shoe horn.

  My Swivells are so beautiful and I absolutely love them. The champagne color makes my heart so happy! However, after the second time taking them out social dancing, I was disappointed to see the glitter champagne color fabric (not sure what it is?) ripping off the boot. I'm not sure if it's just this model that is like this, but I am a bit sad that these won't last me very long with multiple use every week. I was hoping they would be a bit more durable. Aside from that, the fit is super comfortable and the sole is great for slides, spins, and turns. I've never had so much fun dancing in a pair of shoes!

  The shopping experience was so easy! I love how detailed the website was about everything, especially the sizing chart.
