  Great customer service. I ordered a Leica 120mm f/5.6 Elmar-S lens which arrived quickly and as expected. It worked briefly before developing a fault so, after contacting Super Store 4Less to discuss, the lens was returned. A refund was given swiftly and without question. I'm now going to have a think about perhaps ordering a different model lens. More than happy to shop here again, great service. :-)

  I purchased a C500 Mark II which was much cheaper than the usual USA suppliers. It came pretty quickly and was just what I wanted. Very highly respected approved UHD 4K production camera still being used in the field. I would buy from Superstore4less again !

  Canon rp The camera arrived in the time stated and was a lot cheaper than I could purchase anywhere else and included extras. Only thing to bear in mind is that as they are imports it would not have a Superstore4less 2 yr warranty. Not a problem for me as I was only aware of this when I put it in a lot later for a routine service

  Gopro hero11 from Superstore4less.com Recently I have made 3 purchases from Superstore4less.com for after hero 9 and hero 10.   We bought a go pro accessory, tried it at the beach and it didn't work. We went to the place and they had already closed, but they treated us the same and in an excellent way.   Excellent product, great price… that’s where it ended though. Product diversity and selection was perfect and prices very competitive. That’s where it stopped. Customer service was shocking, no delivery updates, and wrong address entered to courier so went to wrong house. Superstore4less was a brand you used to trust and feel safe with. Now I’m not so sure.

  Bought the Vello EXT-SFED2 Auto Focus Extension Tubes for my Nifty Fifty 50mm lens. Always wanted to add macro photography to my adventures and this is a great way to try it out without spending the bucks for a dedicated macro lens. I would recommend this extension tube highly to anyone who is looking for a macro lens capability at this price point. They would not be disappointed.

  I chose this camera store based on the recommendations of a friend who has one and my brother-in-law, who is a professional photographer. I bought a Canon R6 camera body, it barely weighs more than my old advanced point-and-shoot that it upgraded. The lenses also are light weight. As a hiker, backpacker and birder, I do not want to be encumbered by large or bulky camera gear. I look forward to learning to use all the features offered by this camera. Support local business's. I'd rather buy from them than online. Much more trustworthy.

  The R5 is my third digital EOS R and by far the best. My very first exposure, the real GEM of the camera resides in its still photo capability - namely its pictures quality and auto-focus. An ordinary subject, my wife's Christmas gift, absolutely blown away. Using an R5 still requires more thought and preparation than fully auto EOS mirrorless(I use one of those too), but this R5 seems more like a partner than just an excellent tool.

  We needed a more powerful camera for Zoom teleconference sessions and purchased the Avaya Huddle HC202 at SUPER+STORE+4+LESS. This is a wonderful camera, so far. COVID 19 shut down my brick&mortar service which forced me to resort to Zoom and work via video. This camera is wonderful so far. I love the ease of installing it, the remote with high-quality images, clear audio and maneuverable angles. I have had it a month I think and it is wonderful. I would recommend it to anyone.

  I bought half of the equipment here. Official dealers of renowned brands, so the prices are reasonable, the quality premium. Spacious, well-lit naturally, and shipshape with no clutter. There are no incompetent employees here. Technical information is diluted too. All will tell and show. Friendly, but not patronizing. Intelligence and experience are their richest tool, even a beginner is comfortable. There is a rental, a tech section and a photography class. They even have their own "lens man" - a representative of the overall passion in photography.

  Very nice and cozy place. Polite and friendly staff. Enthusiasts of their business. Was at a free seminar as a gift that comes with a new camera. The information at the seminar was not new for me, but nevertheless the form of imparting it, its scope and approach to the attendees deserve the highest accolades. After the seminar, we had an interpersonal conversation, I received exhaustive answers to the questions that interested me. Impressions remained purely positive. p.s. For those who do not like the price. Prices here are the same as in other stores selling certified equipment, but beginners and students might find it slightly is expensive.

  Was in the shop briefly, just to look for a PROFOTO Light Shaping Tool & C1. Was served by the salesman Thomas and another employee. Both super nice, it was really fun to talk and soak up the expertise of these professionals. Bravo, in the end the "just have a look" turned into a new Profoto C1 System including a complete demo. Looking forward to picking up, not only because of the new Profoto technologies, but also because of the nice atmosphere there!

  Since we needed advice, we had made an appointment beforehand. I have to say this was top my wife has small hands and that is always a problem at heavy gear for mirrorless cameras. The conversation was very pleasant and you really notice that there is sound specialist knowledge here. Although we do not live just around the corner, the external communication is super, short email / call and you get a response as quickly as possible, all very straightforward. I'm pretty sure we will come more often :-)

Technically - it's really hard for them to print pictures from a portable disk - so they have two machines designed to read memory cards and portable disks, but very primitive and in the end did not recognize some of the pictures, and until she already recognized they do not have the sizes I needed - who will hear: 13 on 18.   I just got my new Sigma sd Quattro H camera from them.They are the official authorized dealer in NYC for Sigma-made cameras, so I chose them instead of others, just to be sure for the authenticity and the condition of the product. What is fascinating, is how fast and reliable they are. I made a first contact through Whatsup, ordered online in their site, late afternoon, payed through PayPal and had my package delivered to my office in the next morning. I had a flight to catch so time was of the essence . A+++
