The camera is easy to use for a beginner like me and takes great close-ups. I have not learned all the features but it works for me.   When I first contacted you for advice on purchasing a replacement 5d iv similar to my old one I was informed that the model I was interested in was no longer in production. However, you were very helpful about finding a model as similar as possible to the one I had been used to. You were also honest about availability. I therefore knew I had to wait quite a while until stock arrived but at least I was aware of the situation. The 5d iv arrived in due course and I am very pleased.

  Frustratingly there was no user guide in the box with the camera and other attachments so I had to email in to try and find out how to set up the equipment. Very annoying and wasted a lot of time, though I did get support from Superstore4less within a day ,via email which solved the problem ( downloaded another app).

  The service I received was second to none. I received my original camera order the next day but immediately decided it wasn't for me and asked for a return. The camera was picked up a day later and the credit applied to my account the following day. I ordered a different model and it arrive the next morning! I really can't fault them in any way, they were fantastic!

  I preordered a Sony a7S III camera and was excited it arrived before the photoshoot. Unfortunately after using it for two days the shutter speed would not change. Neither Super store nor Sony could figure it out so I had to exchange it. No problems since then.

  Great company to deal with, great deals to be had. Read up on Superstore4less before purchasing and found some critical comments as well as positive ones on at least one forum, but going through them all thoroughly, decided some were from desktop/supposed tax experts etc. All was well, camera body arrived relatively quickly considering it was ordered literally a few hours before Christmas. Communications with the company were brief but informative. Very happy with my purchase and the service.

  Wildlife Camera I bought this camera to be used in an alligator's enclosure. Its a good camera but it does not give a wide enough view. I can only get a small area of the enclosure in the frame. I guess I should have researched it better. It wont work for what I bought it for.

  My camera had to be repaired as I dropped it in cement. It had to be sent away for the repair. I was told about 7 days for the estimate, I had to chase up the out of the quote, even though I was told they would ring me. The actual repair was good but the service could have been better.

  Had a camera and lens to sell on. Contacted the team, they gave me a quote and I accepted that. We confirmed that I wished to proceed, they arranged collection on an agreed date. 24 hours after collection, it was with Superstore4less, they inspected, tested and authenticated that all was good. I then agreed the quote and 48 hours after first sending in items, I received the payment. In all it was efficient, speedy and great communications.   My Sony a6400 camera came just as described. Incredible fast delivery, only 2 days to Austin Texas, This camera blew me right out of the water.   I wanted to shop local in New York but my experience with this retailer and indeed many other online retailers, is the lack of nexus between physical stock and the website. Even though the lens was showing as 'in stock' on the website, when I phoned the shop, I was told that it wasn't. After waiting a little over a week, I went to the physical store and the camera was available for me to collect. Overall, my experience with Superstore4less was a good one. I would definitely consider buying from them again.

  Fantastic Service ! As a Professional Photographer you rely on your equipment. I recently purchased a 'used' mint camera from Superstore4less. It arrived quickly , and well packed. Having read the other positive reviews I was ready to place an order. Thomas was extremely helpful and patient in answering a couple of questions which I had first, and he even offered to substitute the L-bracket (which I didn't need) for two free UV filters.   The FUJIFILM XF 16-55 is a heavy robust lens, I grabbed it for an X-Pro2 and the lens literally carries the camera! I got to take take a look at one and handle it in Canada before I ordered it from Superstore4less (while still in Canada) and I was still surprised how big it really was when it showed up. It is a superb piece of glass and has become my lens of choice for close in street images where a moderate wide angle and telephoto zoom is required.The versatility of zoom couples with the amazing clarity make it worth the weight.

  Kinesis E584 XX-Large lens pouch . It fits the lens perfectly and has room for an accessory filter or two. It also has belt loops which attach to my Think Tank belt system. From ordering to delivery it was quick, helpful and very helpful and friendly. I’ve had goods from numerous large stores and never experienced the professional service I got from SS4L!!

  I am very upset with Tamron about having to return it for a firmware upgrade to fix problem that they should have fixed before shipping. I cannot recommend any Tamron product until it has been out at least 6 months. Tamron has lost all of my trust.

  USED 50mm f/1.8 Nikkor lens, I have gotten incredible portraits of my newborn son. I'm an amateur got crisp, bright, richly detailed photos with a Nikon D80. My main uses of the lens are for portraits, kids, and sports....I will be using Superstore4less for all my photographic needs in the future!!! Would highly recommend.   Fantastic service.   I am an event photographer who relies heavily on flash. The SB910 is a bit larger and heavier than my SB700 as well. I also found it more expensive SB900 with lots of bells and whistles which I may not need any time soon.

  I got my Canon EOS 90D from Super store last week and I was really surprised at how good this little camera really is. I am disappointed in the overall size and the lack of a second slot, but that isn’t stopping me from doing what I do. Haven't had a chance to test everything but so far, extremely satisfied.   Almost Perfect Bought NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f/4 S lens for my camera, shipping was lighting fast, and customer service was extremely quick on helping. overall good lens, good quality. the only minor issue was this 'open box' lens did not include the lens hood.
