  Great value Nikon camera and accessories bundle. Items should have been in a more robust container for an NY to FL shipment. Box damaged and a couple of items missing by the time it arrived. Peter very helpful in sorting out replacements though.

  They delivered!, i'm so happy I bought a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-RX100 VII apparently from NY i saw on the invoice. For a great second hand price and I payed the $40 extra for faster delivery (7 to 10 days) it was already here with FedEx in 4 days! Much sooner than expected and great quality. As new! I was so worried, because it was still a lot of money, $1300. Even though there were many positive reviews. But they really delivered also metaphorically haha. So happy.. Thank you!!

  Excellent Lens!!! I am a prime kind of guy and loved the spectacularly sharp Fujifilm GF 63mm f2.8. The IQ is very sharp. Color rendition superb. As far as S.I.A.D is concerned, I believe I have been a customer since late 2017,early 2018. Prices are great, customer service is top notch for sure. I have bought new, used, and traded in gear with them, never any issues at all. Not one! I usually check their site first before I shop anywhere else.

  Very happy with my lens purchase. The lens was a really great price and the condition of the lens was even better than advertised. Great communication from S.I.A.D when there was a slight delay shipping my order, they even refunded the delivery charge. Will definitely use again in the future.

  Great Customer Service I ventured into one of their stores today to buy an item for my camera. They were very helpful and polite and even tried the product I was after on one of their sales items so I could see exactly what I was buying and how it fitted. They didn't treat it like a waste of time and couldn't do enough for me. It wasn't even an expensive item. I will use them again without hesitation.

  I bought Canon EF-M 55-200mm f/4.5-6.3 IS STM lens. It was very nice and clean lens as described. The only down thing was that the lens did not come with tripod collar. However Stock It All DEPOT explained that as it was not shown in the photos then it was not included. And that showed in the price that was less than normal. So all in all very good service and I am happy. Thanks.

  The order went though smoothly but the items were backordered recently and took some time to arrive. We then had a delivery followed by two the next day. That was not a problem for me, but not quite as efficient as it might have been from the depot's point of view. I'll continue to use Stock*It*All*Depot as I've done for many years now.

  Not happy with the product I ordered my EOS 90D. Everything was easy and price was great. Then I get the DSLR, it was full of oily fingerprints and fine powder like it was a used camera. Also has scratches. So I call Stockitalldepot.com and they tell me to call the manufacturer. Not a good experience.

  I am an amateur photographer but I do know my way around the camera market and the staff at Stock It All DEPOT will not disappoint on any level. I have been very happy with selection, quality, prices and shipping with the items I have bought from SIAD. The customer service has also been great. Their reps reply very quickly to inquiries. They use FedEx to ship within New York and packages have arrived early in most cases. Keep an eye out for their Black Friday mouth-watering sales! Highly recommended.

  I had the pleasure of dealing with the store recently when I had ordered a couple of Enhancing & Warming Filters from them online. When they arrived, one had been damaged by USPS in shipping, and I was prepared to order another, but when I explained what happened, their courteous representative just sent another one overnight, at no cost, and even refunded the shipping on the original order. I consider this the finest kind of customer service, and far beyond expectations. A first class operation for certain.

  I bought a Leica Noctilux-M 50mm f/1.2 lens from this store last year. The staff at the store are so knowledgeable and helpful that they really helped me figure out which lens I needed the best, especially for the kind of shots I wanted while in street photography. The depot is conveniently located in the city center and the prices were very reasonable.

  Happy with my Canon Brave Wilderness XF705, this camera is dedicated to low light theatres and wedding venues. It has a 1" CMOS sensor with dual DIGIC DV 6 processors that provide high sensitivity. With its 1" sensor it will out perform cameras with smaller sensor's. You should see acceptable performance in low light with this camcorder. Higher gain will always look like higher gain. So practice good cinematography techniques of exposing correctly, adding light whenever you can and you will get great images. This camcorder will hold its auto focus with virtually any shot you can come up with.

  Having been to almost every telescope store in New York/Manhattan wether it be to browse or shop, I always find myself back at Stock It All DEPOT. Every time I enter I’m remembered and greeted by a bubbly Stuart. He's always on the ball and has a solid base of knowledge. SIAD have a great selection of telescopes, Barlow lenses, accessories etc and anything they don’t have they are more than happy to order it in as quick as possible! (Although they always had what I’ve needed where every other shop didn’t have in stock and couldn’t even give me an estimation!) One big difference I love is the fact the shop is like an electronics storehouse rather than just open like other stores around who also have very little stock and quite poor customer service. Can’t wait to go back there and pick up my order hopefully in the coming weeks.

  The proprietor of this shop is one of the most shrewd and wonderful cameramen I have ever met. He's clearly bad temperament, but if you afford him the respect and patience he deserves you will be rewarded. Reading these reviews its strange that so many photographers who see the beauty in the world around them can be blind to the charm of this shop. Enjoy your time at SIAD.

  You may think that you've been to stores that are crammed in, but you haven't until you visit this one! Absolutely claustrophobia land with everything from film to vintage cameras to DSLR. Which is pretty cool, actually! BUT it's really hard to find anything and near impossible to try and look at anything since it's all piled up from the floor to the roof. A well-stocked store but only takes customers tons of time because of how small it is, and hard to find what you're looking for!

  Old-school in all the good ways, competitive in prices. Especially interesting if you are looking for retro close-up/macro manual lenses, they had a nice selection of many superb "vintage" macro lenses that will work on my D610, most of them complete-in-box and in great condition.

  I purchased an entry-level mirrorless Nikon Z5 in June. I received $200 cash back from NIKON,together with a 6 year warranty.   Indeed, the salesman does his best to make sure the goods offered meet the taste of the customer. After weighing all the facts, it remains to be determined: - Also considering that there is an online store, many other shops have more choice and therefore a higher number of alternatives - The prices .. well for people who are not particularly knowledgeable or do not want to compare / may be acceptable - Selection on site was more than poor. Likewise the shop lacked enough staff. These types of shops are very comparable and only the best can assert themselves there.

  A fast-growing Home Depot for cameras, serious but to be avoided, 1 year ago that I am waiting for a camera, and nobody answers my emails when I ask for reimbursement of my deposit. I therefore proceed by registered letter, plus the choice. We advance the money, we receive nothing and we know nothing, nothing on the phone and nothing by email.   Those are dishonest people, I canceled my order and got my deposit refunded quickly. I had already ordered in the past with a long delivery time. As has been said below, they do not want to communicate, or compete left-to-right, not to honor orders in time, all this sinks the reputation of this Depot. It's a shame because it is an excellent source.

  Wanted to compare riflescopes as they sell them online. However, none available in the shop. The offer to order one in specially which I might be able to look at if there were no seals to be broken was hardly helpful. How do you expect me to spend thousands of dollars on a product I cannot even look at first?

  Tons of photo printers could use more scanners. Premium-end cameras to shop for. Unfortunately New York tax hinders most purchasing experience in photography stores.. but hope for better used lenses!

  Alex is a very friendly and congenial fellow, with a vast knowledge of optics and lenses. He has been endlessly patient with me in walking me through the use of a telescope shored up by a motorized mount. Bill is also very personable and knowledgeable, and together they make a great team. This was my first venture into observatory cosmology, and they have made it a great experience.
