  Modest independent retailer with a thick skin to absorb constructive criticism. Got sensor cleaned at short notice, great price and service, very quick and helpful both on the phone and in the shop. Chose Stock It All Depot cameras over another shop in New York because of poor reviews for the other place and more than happy with the service and experience, will definitely use again.

  Friendly, informed staff. I was looking for a new lens which they had in stock. They allowed me to spend a long time with it on my camera, testing speed and accuracy of focus and sharpness across the frame. Eventually I said I would buy it. To my surprise they then, without asking me, did an internet search and price-matched to the lowest they could find. This type of behavior eats into their profits, but the upside for them is that they are now my go-to shop for all things camera related. You can't get this type of service on-line. 5-stars.

  Dropped in yesterday since last November. I was served by the younger guy, he couldn't have been more helpful. I was looking to upgrade my flashguns but in the end despite him taking new guns out of boxes and trying them for me there was no real solution to be had. The guy has a nice easy manner and was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.. his main interest was getting my problem resolved not just trying punt me something. Would definitely recommend SIAD...

  Went in to-day looking for a resolution to a firmware issue and a damaged lens filter. Both issues resolved extremely efficiently. Great customer service pleasant and friendly service. I am a repeat customer and tend to continue to use them.

  We purchased 30K worth of gear through Stock It All Depot when we were first setting up our studios just over a year ago, and have purchased plenty from them since. They have always been great to deal with for purchasing, and have helped us with after sales service on an item that technically we were supposed to go direct to the manufacturer. They carry just about everything, and can special order items they don't normally stock. Pricing is competitive. Highly recommend them for all your photo and video needs!

  I bought a GoPro HERO 7 there few years ago. As it's an cheap device I called them to ask few questions about the product before buying it. The costumer service is very good. Very quick and cheap delivery to Seattle.

  Came to Stock It All Depot for an Osmo battery charger because I had misplaced mine and needed one for a shoot that day. Unfortunately they didn’t have the one I was looking for. Although they couldn’t sell me the one I wanted they were tremendous help. They had a store charger and offered to charge my battery for me and I could come back later. Staff, James & were amazing help trying to find me a charger by calling other stores around city. I would 100% recommend coming to these guys to anyone for your camera needs. They were professional, very friendly and did the best to help me solve my problem when there wasn’t much I could do.

  This is the place to go if you need professional camera gear including lenses, displays and lighting. The staff are friendly with experience to answer technical questions without trotting out something lame and obvious that you already know. Rentals and physical examination of goods in this local store are very much recommended.

  I have ordered a Sony 200-600mm online from Stock It All Depot. Its focal length is an ideal fit for wildlife and sports specialists thirsty for fast, quiet, precise and flexible focus. I received it 2 days after. Amazing customer service. I never seen this much bubble wraps inside a box. Stock It All Depot really care about they customers. The box came in perfect condition. Amazing service, amazing customer service and extremely fast to ship the package.

  Love Stock It All Depot. In this case was renting a camera as a second camera to shoot a wedding. Pickup was quick and easy, online reservation was a breeze, and drop off pretty straight forward. I had a commitment earlier in the morning that prevented me from getting there as early as I wanted to, so ended up in a long line of people returning right at the deadline. The line went quickly though, and they didn't penalize me for being late. Efficient friendly staff.

  Always a pleasure to deal with the staff at Stock It All Depot. Very knowledgeable with a large selection of photography, videography, lighting and productivity electronics equipment. Plus, they run a great equipment rental operation if you just need something for shoot, for a special weekend's worth of shooting or to try before you buy (always recommended before major purchases!) If you need anything to do with the photography/videography industry in New York or beyond, definitely make Stock It All Depot a stop. ADORAMA or B&H rightfully gets a lot of attention, but Stock It All Depot is absolutely competitive with them (if not more so). Highly recommended.

  As their photography disciple, I have been shopping and renting from Stock it all depot for the last 2 yrs and I have always had superb customer service and follow-ups. What I would suggest is that you don't storm this store without doing your groundwork on your rentals or purchases. If you are looking to walk-in and purchase, then be sure to ask for what you want and be very specific. If you're not specific, then be prepared to spend some time testing the gear you are about to purchase. The people on the sales floors have always been attentive to my testing and checking, sometimes for hours at a time. I really appreciate their patience. If looking to rent, always book ahead (at least 2 days) as things get snapped up fairly quickly and you may end up with a different item than you originally wanted. Rentals have always been flexible about checking compatibility with your existing gear and production requirements, so be sure to bring what you can to cross-check. The times where I've had to return products were very straight-forward -- as long as you bring it back in time and in 'good as new' condition. I'm a stickler for keeping packaging until I know 100% that I'm keeping what I purchased, so it's been a breeze. I highly recommend stock it all depot, the community there is great, I've made a few professional connections while going through the purchasing process which have definitely help build my freelance career. Also their annual GoPro event is great, definitely check that out too!

  Best place for expensive camera, top-end gear and branded accessories. Stock It All Depot has staff who'are super helpful. They really know what they’re talking about. I needed some help with purchasing some Sony toolkit equipment and they took their time to explain details to me, and let me try out equipment with my gear so i know how it would work together. It’s probably the best shopping experience i’ve had. I went down to the rental section after i finished up at the main store, and the lady there was just as helpful, providing me with detailed answers to the questions i was asking. I love going to this store whenever i get the chance, always a great experience but today was probably the best. Thank you team at Stock It All Depot!!!

  We bought the Panasonic DC-TZ90 camera today and was served by James. He was very very helpful and knowledgeable about products. That wasn't the one we intended to buy but we got so many more features for the same money and the brand I wanted. Our last Panasonic just died after a faithful 19 year service. Very inviting employees and no hustle and bustle like the previous store we were in.

  James moved heaven and earth for me to ensure I was able to take my new lenses with me to Germany. I ordered two Panasonic lenses, both of which were out of stock. Not just at Stock It All Depot, but everywhere. Panasonic had no stock in the country. But on one occasion when I called, the proprietor's rep was in store. James worked with them to arrange for me to loan the two lenses from Panasonic's 's collection, which I would then be able to swap for new lenses on my return. This enabled me to claim my tax refund, and take the photos I wanted to take while overseas. Oh, and they also price matched other online stores. Very happy with the customer service I received, particularly given it was such a busy time of year!

  I bought a Canon EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR Camera today from a lovely gentleman. His knowledge was extensive, he was able to offer me options and was a pleasure to buy from! The pricing was excellent when compared to competitors. The customer service here is fantastic. I would highly recommend them if you have no knowledge, a little knowledge, or are experienced.   Very Good！On Monday, I bought my new camera here. A male staff(sorry, I forgot the name)with the in-depth knowledge of photography was nothing but impeccable kindly introduced the performance of the camera and recommended the camera and lens to me.   Stock it all depot has the latest camera technology, well-built devices and able to handle the cameras laid out with descriptions make the experience good. Staff seem very knowledgeable and are eager to give you as much info as you need to Know. I left the store with a Canon digital camera and a load of extras so I am goin to be busy studying up on squeeze the best out of it.

  A treasure trove for a modern day camera fiend like me! Shelves brimming with state-of-the-art Nikon, Sony, Panasonic and so forth – and a good selection of camcorders. I left with a pristine Canon DSLR and a trademarked bag. The visit was worth the time!

  I just decided, to give confidence to any prospective buyer-that Stock It All Depot are top class in, stock,sell & send mode. Since they migrated online, I have bought superb lenses for 4 Formats 6x6 sq H'Blad + 67cm & 6'9 Maymiya Press,a just fully serviced Press 50mm W/A with finder,+ an amazing 90mm W/A f2.8 Fuji lens for my 5"x4" & more recently a number of 10"x 8" Double Dark slides(almost new ). They were all lucky chance phone calls-like "You don't happen to have such & such do you" ? When I'm out in the field-fiddling with Light & color meters& filters, I often smile & know exactly where I got each bit o' kit, especially the best bits, so a big Thank you Stock It All Depot.*****

  I have purchased several cameras and lenses from Stock It All Depot and have nothing but good things to say about them. Their grading for used equipment is very fair - some of the stuff I purchased used barely looks used and could pass for mint! The only thing I ever ordered that I wasn't 110% satisfied with they returned without any fuss, just like they advertise. Love that they have such a diverse stock, particularly for large and medium format and Leica!
