  Sales tactics are incredibly sleezy. I purchased a very expensive Nikon lens for a Christmas present. They quickly charged my credit card (same day as order). Several days later, I received a call to try and "up sell" me on all kinds of accessories and a warranty. I declined as I had spent my whole budget on the lens itself. The guy said "ok, we'll ship your lens out right away and you should receive it in a couple of days". Great (as Christmas was a week away). No lens arrived

  to this day one of my worst retail experiences ever. I purchased a Nikon z7ii from them and when they asked if I wanted to add on a $200 memory card, I politely declined. They went ahead and charged me for that memory card, and when I called them to take it off, they ignored my calls. I never got in contact with anyone afterward. So I just gave up. They stole $300 from me

  These kinds of people that work in the store are just horrible people, they are making the buyer to look like a fool. Your better off ordering on Amazon for a very cheap price. After I started to notice that he was ripping me off, the service guy was shaking and couldn't even look at me. I hope one day these punks get what they deserve. I recommend NOT TO BUY HERE.

  Scammers!! Don't ever buy from that store. I bought 2 NEW mirrorless cameras from them and one of them was literally malfunctioning and the second one had the charger broken. The day after I went back to him and gave him back the camera and he said that he was gonna refund me on my credit card. Since I don't live in the US, I left the country 2 days later and I have never received my money back. Over $3100! It has been 9 months now. I have sent hundred emails but no one is answering. I even call them everyday and they hang up at my face and they block every new number I try to contact them with. I am gonna report the shop to the NYPD as soon as I fly back to NYC. stay away from that store.

  Nikon D750 combo for portraits So far I have been very happy with this purchase. Camera has preformed as advertised. Amazing!!   Stock It All DEPOT service was excellent as usual. However, they should stop using FedEx as their courier, whose service was appalling (as usual). I waited in for my next day delivery which never arrived. No FedEx ringed on my door, I just got a email saying that as I wasn't home my parcel had been taken to a FedEx DEPOT for collection.

  I never received a shipping notification from stock it all depot as promised on order. Fortunately, I have a UPS My Choice account and that is the shipper they used so I received a notification through that, and a notice that I'd need to sign. Otherwise, I may have missed it with not being notified when it left the warehouse.

  Got a Sony a6300 with the 16-70mm Zeiss Lens and the Metabones Smart Adapter for my Canon lenses. So far it's been great. A fantastic replacement for my 7D. I've used it with the Canon 50mm 1.4 and Canon L 70-200mm f2.8 IS II and they both work well with the metabones and this Camera. I'm glad I chose this. stock it all depot has always delivered well.
