  Everyone at Sound of Tristate was excellent. I had several issues with the camera I bought on -line and asked them to install. The camera did not work and when I returned with another camera (same model) they encountered the same issue. However, What made the experience good was they tried, several ways to make it work without damaging the camera and when they could not they called me, walked through everything they had done and explained what they thought my best options were. Finally found a camera that worked, Tri-State installed it and I couldn't be happier with the product and the service from TRi-state.

  I trust the personnel at the Dover store. My only issue has been when something I want installed in my vehicle, the ordering always takes way too long and it is always misquoted in terms of time of delivery. The current order was quoted as this past Wednesday. Today, Friday, I'm told NEXT Friday. I'm a very impatient person. Were it not for my overall trust, I'd go elsewhere and I would not PRE PAY for the order as I did.

  I’ve gone to Sound of Tristate in Claymont twice. Once to get my auto alarm repaired and once to have my radar/laser detector repaired. In both cases they were very professional and knowledgeable and treated me well. The repairs were completed in a reasonable amount of time and at, what I considered, a reasonable price. I will certainly consider them for future purchases and installation of electronic equipment in my cars.

  Not enthusiastic about having to sign for delivery or not being able to ship to UPS store for pickup. Incredibly inconvenient. Otherwise good but i have yet to install item. I’m assuming it works.

  The installation was finished as promised. However, I had to pay more for the digital module because my van is new. I called once and was told the digital module would cost $80. I called again and spoke to a different person and was told the price was $75. There is something wrong with this. The friendly hispanic young man quoted and provided the $75.
