The zipper on my cat coin pouch can not be open all the way or it won’t shut without having to put effort into doing it “just right”. I wanted to ask for a new one to be sent out but don’t want to hassle with returning the first one. Bummed they didn’t check to be sure zippers were working before shipping out.

I have bought many things and this was my worst experience. Late orders....very little communications. Had to reach out to support twice for updates. When my order arrived.......as costly as it was there was NO HANGER BAR. So I had to go buy my own things to actually hang it after waiting 4 months.

It took almost 2 months to receive my package, and I never received an email notifying me it had shipped. The first time they tried to deliver the package with a huge dent in the painting and I refused the delivery. It did take several months to get the 2nd item, and the company did not send me any email or update on the status. I had to call them several times to inquire about status & frankly almost forgot about the backordered item. Perhaps during covid things were short staffed. I love the artwork on this site. But, the shipping costs make purchasing the artwork off this site prohibitive. I live in Hawaii. It was more cost effective for me to have my order shipped to someone in California, who then shipped it on to me. I will not order from this site again because of their shipping costs.

I have purchased 15 Eli Halpin mini framed canvas wall arts in the last couple years. 11 of them this past Christmas from Greenbox, 6 for little kids. My previous 4 were from different companies and I was pleased with the quality, the rustic brown frames were well made. But when I received these recent ones from Greenbox the quality of the mini frames for the kids were very disappointing. The brown frames and one silver didn’t have that well made rustic look, they had extremely noticeable defects that dropped the art quality way down. The kids parents sent me photos of weird frames. So now I’m actually considering not buying any more of these, wish I could tell Halpin that her beautiful art is being produced low quality.

Ornament turned out great, but shipping was ridiculous for what I paid. Took forever to receive. I shipped an ornament first class for $4 and it arrived 2 days later. If they had done the same they still would have made a profit, but they shipped ground from San Diego to NC. They could have walked it her faster.
